I can't tell if you're being funny or serious...why would you think the scale is lying if you're down? Why not look at it as confirmation that the program works IF you work the program?! Keep on going, you CAN do this!

Thanks ladies! You all are right. I'll use this as a boost. I'm just always skeptical when I have some bad eating days and the scale says "Great job" Anyway, focusing on the good and continuing to work the plan.
