9/30 weigh in.
-.4
Total -21lbs
Glad it's not more, I've barely eaten the last 3 days. Earlier in the week there were a couple really high point days, left me 16 points in the hole

Down the 1.4 I was up last week. Still 5+ below goal so I'm happy.

Regular Saturday 8 AM workshop Monthly weigh-in for me (1st workshop of the month) Fairly well-attended, although some of our regulars were out doing Fall Saturday things
I "gained' over the month: 0.2# = 3.2 oz.
I'm still under goal (and well under the must-pay-$$) so I'm happy.
I've got my October voucher in hand.
The topic, "How hitting “rewind” can help you move forward: Your three-step plan", seemed like a re-hash of what we end up talking about every week - what did you do [wrong] and what can you do to make it better. And the leader has TWO challenges: Seven Days of Blue Dots ("we're ALL IN on it" <eh?> <EH?!?> I did NOT raise MY hand) and Exercise Every Day For At Least 10 Minutes.
