How do you change your exercise plans now that it is getting darker earlier?

If I exercise I do it inside, usually DVD's on my computer.

Since I go to the gym during the day, it really doesn't affect me, other than on days where I decide to walk around the hood, I have to leave earlier, but it doesn't really affect me at all.
BTW Judy, I'm really enjoying the new questions you're throwing out at us lately, nice job!

Still not exercising regularly and when it was so hot outside started to walk every hour on the hour for five minutes. I might exercise like that (inside) or start using the equipment in the basement again.

All my exercise is done in the house mostly because of my bad knees but also the heat.Hopefully it will cool down some Monday.

I use my DVD's or go to the basement and get on the treadmill, recumbent bike or elliptical. I was planning to join a few classes at my neighborhood fitness studio during this winter. Everything depends on the condition of the roads.

I have all I need to exercise in the comforts of my home. Dancing Video Games Zumba PiYo A weight machine And an elliptical/bike I'd be in amazing shape if I used them. Goal this month: Use one of them once a week.
