June so great to hear from you. I just got back from the supermarket and needed to check things out online. Happy that I decided to check US out as well  Great that R had such a wonderful dr. appt. I'm sure all the TLC is also adding to his good recovery That is awesome that he has his next appointment 3.5 months out! Becky hope church was inspiring. Pam good job in limited the refined sugar. While out walking LuLa earlier we were about 100' away from a mommy bear and 2 cubs!!!! Such beautiful and BIG creatures. They looked at us, were NOT impressed and went on their merry way! Lots of hopeful progress in that report June.
I'm sure both you and the bear were a bit surprised Ann.
DGF and I booked a short cruise for next April. It's a little shorter than we planned but the only one that fit into the dates for both of us. We are happy with the choice.

Cathy Great goals.I could never do core/SFT mainly because of portion distortion.I am enjoying counting calories on Lose It better than points at least for right now.We live in the country so I am afraid of what would happen to our cats if we let them outside for any length of time and it's still too hot but hopefully that will change soon.
Susi I'm glad your dinner was so good and worth all the calories.
Bee I also find I like pumpkin better than I like pumpkin spices.

LaDonna Sometimes you just have to splurge especially if it's delicious BBQ.Scooter isn't scratching as much but she is still getting 1/2 tablet twice a day.She is getting back to her perky self.Our front hasn't made it yet.I'm really looking forward to it since it's still 95.

June It's so good to see you pop in.Continued prayers for you and R.No cool down yet and the knees remain the same.I don't blame you for leaving the room while the stitches were removed.I am glad R is doing so well.
Pam I'm glad you arrived home safely.
Ann Church was very interesting to say the least.The sermon centered around marriage and marital sex.Our preacher is very good and could keep on topic without embarrassing anyone.I'm glad the bears didn't come closer.
Susi I'm happy you and DGF could book a cruise that fits both of your schedules.How exciting.
