Breakfast: egg on light toast with tomato cooked in microwave + nonfat latte
Lunch: Lebanese bread (high fiber) with hummus spread inside and arugula leaves all wrapped together with leftover spinach & bulgur, tabouleh and green beans with onions and tomatoes
Dinner: vegetable soup to which I added 1/2 cup each cooked white beans and brown & wild rice...added some garlic and lemon juice and hot sauce. Had high fiber bread with nonfat cheese slice melted on top and a smoothie of nonfat milk + 1/2 cup fruit salad
IF MFP is right I am within the calories suggested for the day...hooray!
Walked 20 minutes
I am full after dinner and don't see any reason to eat or drink anything else - kitchen is closed.

Breakfast: Coffee w/SFCM Light & Fit FF Greek yogurt (and I didnβt forget to eat it!)
Lunch:
Dinner: Sirloin steak String beans Roasted potatoes and carrots Milk
Snacks: Diet Coke Water
