Do you relax your losing or maintain in the fall and winter because your body is covered by more clothes?

I don't do this but I do tend to gain in the fall/winter because of my winter depression. It seems I have stronger cravings for carbs during those two seasons and I also seem to be a bit hungrier/

Not really...I tend to wear the same thing but more layers and warmer types of pajamas if not getting dressed. No heat in the house might make me feel like eating "warmer" foods but if I am on program I am not going to go off just because of the temperature outside (or inside).

I don't think I do this. I cannot afford to go off plan or go into maintenance mode just because it's cooler outside. This is a 24/7 change for me!

I tend to eat more soups and stews so I eat about the same amount of points/calories but I spend them differently. O
