Winter can be a difficult time to motivate yourself to exercise when perhaps all you want to do is hibernate on your sofa till Spring. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20.

Amy, glad you found your fitbit! Sorry about the gerd,I think soda is tough on a person's body in general.
I made it to the gym last night for weight lifting and spinning. Then got up early enough this morning to catch the 5:45am spinning class, yea! Now to make myself hit the gym tomorrow for weight lifting again. I have a new plan, lol! Any week that I hit the gym 3 times to lift weights I get to buy a Win $1000/week for life lotto scratch off. I used to be so good about lifting weights regularly and it's something I can do in spite of my foot. I've lifted twice this week so now I've got incentive to lift again tomorrow!

Bought the water 6 a day. Plus I have water in 2 jugsnin refrigerator. I feel lucky. Katy will see me every Thursday. shop with me every other week. I bought some chicken enough to have 1 breast a day. pure. I also eat 2 4 ounces cans of tuna. 6 tablespoons of peanut butter. 14 slices of healthy Life.
