Good morning! B: coffee w/almond milk creamer L: not sure, maybe tuna and avocado D: Bacon Cheddar Keto Carbonara with Spaghetti Squash and keto connect air fryer biscuits I'll add garlic to these Adding: I made the carbonara and I did not use as much bacon (just 4 slices), and I added some finely diced onion and 4 big handfuls of spinach. It's really good but really rich! I ended up getting 5 servings from it.

Lunch: brown & wild rice mixed with navy beans, green beans and zucchini in tomato sauce + peach in nonfat yogurt

Same lunch as yesterday (wedge salad)
Last nights dinner was roasted broccoli with cheddar and balsamic vinegar and cold broccoli salad with a homemade cole slaw dressing
