Becky forgot to add that I wish you luck with joining WW'ers online. I've followed every WW'er program and I've been successful on all of them. It's when I do the ANN PLAN that gets me in trouble I know lots of people don't agree with the 0 point foods...and to that I say, let the scale be your guide. I track it all...even the 0 point foods I just don't count it. That's the only way that I know when I need to reel myself in...or not.... You are already at goal, so I'm sure you can relate to this way of thinking. To be it's all about the balance. I know this...it's just sometimes I choose not to remember

Thanks Ann.I had been trying doing the various WW plans on Itrackbites and while it is cheaper per year than WW is per month it didn't have all the same points values so I decided to try another 3 month subscription to WW.I had never done freestyle more than a week at a time before giving up on it but I plan to follow it until they roll out the new plans next month and just see which is the best fit for me.If I continue to maintain on FS I may stick with it.I figure I have a good cushion under goal so I can afford to try again.
I will track, move and hydrate. We have some errands to run so that will take up part of our day.

Ann, I think you described weight loss perfectly for all of us. All plans work but are only sustainable if we donβt stray. Yesterday was my clubβs luncheon meeting. I had salad, filling from the chicken croissant sandwich and the fruit cup but passed on pie and rolls. When I return from travel I just cut back on the extras that are the Audrey plan. I see the trainer today. My left arm has a big bruise from lifting my suitcase but I am using Arnica gel on it and it looks worse than it feels. Tonight we are seeing a traveling performance of We Will Rock You. I hope DH can tolerate it. Hoping for a KOKO day.

Ann - I agree that the Ann and Susi plan just don't work as well as the WW plan. Becky - I track on SP and count the points that way but pretty much follow PP and the GHG. I have been back at goal since Feb 2016 that way. Ouch on the arm Audrey. Hope th performance is good. Just finished applying for SS benefits. I had all the info I needed except Ex 1 SS #. Good thing we are still friends! LOL Now I'm going to relax and hit the sack early.

Susi I track on MFP and I get in most of the GHG's. I just haven't had a lot of faith in Freestyle working for me before.I am comfortably under goal so I thought now was the perfect time to experiment with trying to maintain on it.Do you go to the meetings when you WI every week or do you just WI since you still work?Whatever you are doing definitely works.I don't have a studio within 20-25 miles from me which is why I would only go once a month to WI.

Becky - With rare exception, I attend the meeting weekly. While it may not always apply, I can either learn something or contribute something.

I can (and will) * track every BLT * think before I eat * walk 20 minutes * Think Positive
The food was delicious yesterday and I definitely went over calories, points, exchanges...WHATEVER. I had never had Russian food. There were so many things to try and all were tasty. Borscht, potato salad with capers and apples and other things, a carrot salad that was delicious, stuffed mushrooms, mushroom and potato stuffed crepes, chicken, layered honey cakae and more...did not eat dinner...still full. Inna has over 500 rose bushes along with other flowers and she also has peacocks in various varieties, pheasants and chickens. Went to bed at midnight and amazingly slept till nearly nine this morning. Funny how some days I get a few hours sleep then make up for missed hours with a LONG night of sleep.
SUSI: Glad you enjoyed your birthday and how fun you get to celebrate more than one time!
MJ: I hope you managed a nap in perfect napping weather
ANN: I haven't had a mani-pedi since I came home after the last one and developed a wart on my foot...figured it had to come from there since I hadn't had one for decades and hadn't been anywhere else to pick one up.
BEE: I love the images of you as the rambling brook and your daughter the tornado in the bottle. It is amazing how different the house feels when someone else is in it AND it is amazing how much different parents can be from their children and children one from the other!
LADONNA: Hope your plan to be OP and how to eat at the end of the day all worked out as planned.
BECKY: I have been following the new plan rumors on the general board and they are fascinating. I have not seen a NEW plan since Points+ but do try to keep track of what is "new" when it comes out.
JUNE: So good to hear from you...glad you had a little time for yourself (and us). I can't believe it has been three weeks since R's surgery...glad he is doing better every day.
Okay...off to walk another five minutes (that will make ten) then tackle more online things then filter drinking water and run the dishwasher and boil more water to cool down to filter to drink later. Hubby is off to Jounieh to get maps or papers or something from a government office. I have leftovers for lunch today. It will be a wonderful day!

Good morning all. Slept like a baby last night. My arm is a sore and stiff. Just took a Tylenol so hopefully that will help.
One more thing to say re: FS. I'm also in my 'happy zone'. Would like a little more 'wiggle room' but I'm fine should that never happen. I'm below the weight watcher goal, free, lifetime status in good standing so it's all good. Not sure if I were trying to lose weight if FS would work. I know I'd have to really watch the 0 point foods...especially fruits which have a lot of sugar even though it's of the natural variety. For me it's perfect to maintain.
Cathy your meal with friends sounded very tasty. Great goals once again. Happy walking.
Audrey sorry for the bruise on your arm. Hope the gel kicks in. I swear by that.
Waving and wishing all a pleasant OP day. Will pop in later.

Good morning, Ann - Becky - Audrey - Susi - Cathy - and AWF!
Prayers continue for all ailing and/or stressed posters and loved ones... and thank you for your prayers for me and my family... especially for the Mouseketeer...
Today's avatar is Kressling, then & now - Oct 2005 and 2019. I think he grew some...
πππππππππ
DivaTaxi is off duty. MHMR is on tap. I planned to sleep in later than 5:30 AM but that just didn't happen. Toots is still sawin' wood.
The Kressling and I got home from YM quite late. I now have eight flags, three flag stands, two flag harnesses, and two color guard rifles in GracieTOO, in preparation for the Young Marines Ball on 10/19.
More bill paying today, and FedEx sent a text that the new credit card should be arriving this morning. We got a call moving Toots' dentist appointment to today from next Thursday (of course, at the end of the FedEx delivery "window"). I need to redd'UP a YM deposit for the re-registration fees that I've collected and get it to our finance officer (he lives down the block from me). And my Staples order should be delivered. The programs for the YM Ball are in progress. The October YM Parents Newsletter has its two big articles identified so I can start roughing 'em out.
T-G Toots set up the coffee... βββ... all I have to do is pour...
πππππππππ Have a healthy-eating day, all! πππππππππ

Gonna be away from the computer for a few days. Trying to see if it is straining my eye more. The docs say no, but they are not wearing my eye.
Gonna be tough. LOL

June - it was good to "see" you. Glad R continues to improve. Sounds like it was unusual and delicious Cathy and in a beautiful setting! He grew A LOT MJ. I couldn't believe how tall he is getting! Another busy day for you! Hugs, Bee. Hope the time away helps with healing. Glad you got your walk in LaDonna and mosly OP. I turned full retirement age which means I can collect my SS with no penalty because of my salary. I plan to use that to pay down my mortgage and retire at 70, health willing.
