Not sure what's really going on here but will try to post...and say hello! Missed you Gals! I feel like every single moment I have free is immediately taken by a 'have to do'...just one of those weeks. Or months lol Lindsey was home last weekend for her Fall Break and was going to return Tuesday but then had a last minute hair appointment (stylist is undergoing chemo and Tuesday was a good day so she quickly text Linds) so Lindsey stayed home one more night then left for campus at 6:00 AM! Her choice...lol....Wednesday she had an Interns' Job Fair to attend and needed a resume. This was a project she was going to get to ALL SUMMER and well, it never happened. Finally sat down with her Tuesday night and together put together her resume. Very nicely done, I must say - She felt good about her resume, had a nice professional outfit picked out and I think just really needed that extra day home to pull it together. Senioritis has struck! She is eager to end her college classes but knows she will dearly miss all her friends. Still nothing definite yet about Grad School - Carly is moving along just fine with her Grad classes despite Braille in Math is far more a challenge then we thought. Math is a tough one for her anyways but to do it all on an old fashioned brailler (looks like an old type writer) is a killer. I think she mentioned mid-semester the professor will allow them to use computerized braille which is WHAT they would use this modern world anyways!!! Geesh...lol College Homecoming this weekend for Carly. She heads out tonight with girlfriends back to her alma mater - unfortunately they are calling for cold temps and RAIN starting tomorrow morning which puts a dampner on the pre-Parade breakfast events - then she has a Wedding for one of Ben's friends to attend - she will be TIRED and cranky by Sunday lol

Good morning - not one of my better weeks here - but TGIF! Work is... work, so many "things" popping up at me this week - and with Deb out, I am not getting my stuff where I want it before vacation! I may cut vacation short - and go in a day or two - depends what's going on around here!
I also received the results of the sleep study - and I am not happy! Of course they say I need a follow up test - in lab - due to my O2 levels... so now I wait for the Dr. to make an appointment with the sleep lab - and I am just soooo beyond frustrated right now!
Just one more thing "wrong" with me - and quite frankly I am sick of feeling this crappy All.The.Time.! So this weekend I need to truly sit and think... or think while "Working" around the house... but I need to map out a plan for "me"... and how I can get myself to feeling better - about EVERYTHING!
I also went to PT again - got fitted with insoles... nothing insurance will cover - but less than $50.00, they felt OK in my sneakers - now to see how they will fit/feel in some of my "winter" shoes/boots! WHY can't ANYTHING be EASY!??
Meanwhile - the eating/drinking/goals are doing OK... even if I do have "sugar" Last night it was 3 little "Old Fashioned" candies... not half the bag!
Did I tell you that I did go for an eye exam... my prescription changed a little - my current lenses are so scratched, I really should get new ones - but (as usual) insurance won't cover new glasses until July 2020 - so not sure I am getting them any time soon!
I am really on an insurance tirade these days! I have met my deductible, but it still doesn't matter! UGH!
OK Enough ranting and venting - sorry to start the day on a sour note... Fit bit says in bed 8 hours, asleep 5 hours and 23 minutes - which is also my "Average" this week... great! No wonder I am cranky all the time!!
Getting late - (I stayed in bed later than usual) so won't be able to catch up completely, but let me head back to Wednesday... ♥

Mornin' Christine... not sure what was up with the site - but I hadn't posted yet... just the opening! So nothing was amiss...
Gabrielle: YIKES is right - WHY do bus drivers - or any driver think they are "above the law" and or just accidents "won't happen to me" mindset???I hope your conversation went OK with her... and if not - then I would report her to the company. I get it - don't want to get her in trouble - but gosh - what of she does it again - on another trip - and has an accident?
UGH Sorry about the power outages... hoping it goes smoothly for you all {{{hugs}}}
Thank you - yes, I need to stop "comparing" my life to that of others... and I do look forward to a time when I can do the things I want to do - instead of what I HAVE to do (now)... I am happy that in about 4 1/2 years we will figure out this retirement stuff! Yes Columbus Day... we still have the holiday around here... dumpster comes today so tomorrow and Monday are full tilt FILL THE DUMPSTER days!! Sunday we head to Foxboro - Gillette Stadium/Patriot Place... Bass PRo Shops... Bass has a working Cranberry Bog out behind it - so Tim is hoping to walk out there and see some of the harvesting in action - I am not sure how much they will be doing on a Sunday, but he's hoping it will teach Eden about the cranberry bogs and harvest! I am going for a day OUT! It will be a long ride (about 2 1/2 hours each way) but should be a nice day. NOW is when I wish I had a larger car - so we could all ride together, but - we will take 2 cars. My sister will drive and Tim, Jaclyn and Eden will ride with them... Ken, Tracy, Zoë and I will be in our car... little jealousy there - but it is what it is!
Oh yes, either way - text or email... we'll get it out in the GPS before we head out 0 in case we hit traffic and end up going straight there!
OK Ken's downstairs - TV is on - I am headed to the shower... hope to be able to catch up tomorrow morning!
♥hugs♥

Carole - oh boy. Sorry the results of your sleep study indicate you are not getting enough oxygen? Maybe that could be the root of all evil? It's okay to feel taken aback by the news. Yes, do take some time to just think it through and find out some options. Good for you going through with the insoles for your shoes. You will notice the difference and if they are like mine, some shoes you'll need them but others will be okay with out. I definitely can tell the difference now but it did take some time. It's FRIDAY!! And you are off on Monday?? That will be so good!! We used to have Columbus Day off but since we started school this year after Labor Day it was taken away - everyone is grumbling about working straight through til Thanksgiving but hey, that's life. I hope the weather clears and you can enjoy some sunshine today - I SEE the sun out the windows but find myself crazy busy to get outside to enjoy just a breath of fresh air - slowly clearing my desk and seeing progress! Sue - ENJOY your time with the family! Your visit to the Dollar Store was so cute! How fun for the Boys!! Loved the pictures of your walk on Hannah's area trail! Yep, Nebraska looks just like I imagined The trees could have been straight from our neighborhood too. Our front tree has really changed pretty colors this year - most Fall weather is cold and damp but this year, like our summer, we've actually had some great days!! Anyways, enjoy Shea while he's home too!! Gabrielle - We have been watching the News about CA's power company shutting down areas - crazy - I tried to tell DH it was because of the horrible Fires you have had but at first he didn't believe me - then when the news shared same he thought CA was nuts! lol Ohhh boy. Sorry your area is being shut down and who knows how many days before it comes back? Do you have generators? How was the trip back? Did you have to have that conversation with the bus driver - yep, that would be uncomfortable! But necessary. So so glad to hear your Boys plan to see each other and spend time together. Very cool! And yes, warms your heart. Lisa - loved the picture of Kennedy. Bet you are appreciating the TGIF chant now that you've been working each day!! LOL Glad DH is trying to walk more and keep his ankle moving!! Shelly - you are really Rock'n the Work Outs!! Boxing? That is so awesome!! Stay strong and keep it up!! You sound so positive and yes, you should be proud of yourself!! Okay, gotta go - today is Early Dismissal at our school. Something DL and the Prince started and have not yet figured out how to squeeze in Recess/Lunch and a training. I am in charge of today's Trainers coming and have heard nothing but mean complaints from the Teachers how the schedule makes no sense, how little time they have as it is, and NOW they have to attend Training? Um, it's from 1:30 - 3:30. AND they earn credit for hours mandatory for PA. Geesh...

Morning Carole, Christine and all to come....
Chilly morning here in Papillon....much different from the past few days! Everyone is up and buzzing except Shea...he’s been training with minimal sleep so now had a few days to catch up a little. Since tomorrow morning is soccer it will not be a sleep in morning so he’s taking advantage today!
Only thing planned today is mini golf....yes INDOOR mini golf! Then we are heading the local bar/bistro that has their neighbor’s food truck from food tonight....he make Neapolitan pizzas in a brick oven...he grows his own yeast for the crust and Hannah says it’s yummy! They only offer 4 choices on nights like this so will check out the menu...I’m sure they are “artisan” type combos but I know I can figure something out. Hannah said they always give the option of plain, pepperoni or sausage as well but I’m not opting for something so boring! Live on the edge!
Christine...the site was a little wonky yesterday too! Finally was able to get on and start us off! No fears, we all go through those “have to” weeks/months....I’m thoroughly enjoying NOT having anything pressing or important to do this week! UGH...6:00am is early but it was Linds’s choice! I’m sure it was important to get her hair done especially with her stylist being limited in hours due to her illness. LOL, had to laugh that the resume wasn’t finished...oh well, glad you could pull one off on Tuesday so she was ready and prepared for the job fair!
I’m sure despite the weather Carly will have fun at homecoming! Bummer it will ruin the parade and pre-game fun! Hopefully she won’t take her “crankies” out on you and Gary! Busy weekends can do that to all of us! Hopefully the weather clears for the wedding.
Carole...bummer you might give up a couple days next week, but do what you must....you can always use those days around the holidays! Hope you can get the dumpster filled between tomorrow and Monday so it you need to head into work that job will at least be off the “to do” list!!
Well, think of it this way...the lack of O2 might just be one of the main reasons for your poor sleep quality....I know it’s frustrating to have to do the other test but they you will have some sort of answers! Glad the insoles weren’t too expensive. Hope they fit in your winter shoes too! I have an eye doctor appointment in a couple week...I had to wait for mine too since we only get new glasses/lenses every 2 years.
I would love to see how cranberries are harvested...there was a bog near my DM when she lived on the Cape but we never got to see them harvested. Since she lived there when the girls were in school out trips were always in the summer! Hope Eden gets to see it....yes, it is a bummer you have to take two cars and be separated from Tim, Jaclyn & Eden. Be glad there is no game in Foxboro....Patriots played last night....it was one of the games that we watched last night after the kids went to bed.
Need to get some breakfast...will pop back later if I have a few minutes! Waves to Gabrielle, Lisa, Jenny & Shelly....have a great Friday all!
