If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit.
After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went.

I had the mother of all binges last night but somehow I managed to stay within my points/calorie allowance. Got extra FPs Tracked everything but not in writing ( which might have helped me slow my roll !)
Food choices - not my best. I think I overate at lunch and then for dinner, went for sushi with my grandsons, which I don't eat now. I ordered a main dish with a sauce that tasted like it had added sugar. DId the best I could given the circumstances.
