Credit for doing some exercise this week, getting to my WW meeting, tracking, and keeping up with my online support groups. Gratitude for the friend I had breakfast with this morning.

Credit: Staying OP, and compensating if I've gone a little bit over on something. The latter means I'm not giving in to wishful thinking...
Gratitude: For good health insurance. My friends are dealing with a health crisis and live elsewhere and what they have to go through being self-insured and living in a different part of the country, it's just not right. I feel so lucky that we have access to some of the best health care in the entire world in my city, and that our health insurance gives us easy access to it.
