This morning I weighed .1 less than last Monday morning. Will be interesting how I do at my WW weigh-in tonight.

I finally decided to give freestyle a fair full week last week.Normally if I was up in the middle of the week I would go back to PP or calorie counting.I am tracking calories on the Lose It app to make sure I'm getting enough calories.Surprisingly I am down 1.2 @123 since I rejoined WW online last Monday.

I was up 1.2 pounds at my WW meeting. I did have on extra clothes because I was cold. This is the amount of clothes I'll be wearing until it is warmer next spring. I'm going to really have to watch my weight. I'm having trouble facing the fact that I need to eat less. Want to hang in there so I can claim 12 years of maintenance at the beginning of the year.

You will make it Judy.I tend to eat the same foods but maybe we could change up what we eat sometimes it will shake things up. Last week we were running errands in another town and DH was hungry as it was lunch time and he suggested Subway.Normally I would get a salad there but I decided to get a sub on flatbread and I have been loosing daily since then.It makes no sense but I guess it was just enough to kick something in gear.I just need to learn how to maintain on one of the plans since I don't need to lose any more.

Judy I hear you with the extra clothes. I refuse to bring shorts and or capris and tank top to weigh in as some folks do. I take the hit and enjoy the loss when warmer weather hits.
I find it good maintaining on SF. I'm within my happy zone go monthly and collect my voucher.
Looking forward to the new plan.
