Tuesday, October 15: 125.2 - up 0.8 lb. I was suspicious of that 1.4 lb. loss Monday.
Today is Mr. Lani's birthday. He joins me in the 65 years old club.

Wednesday October 16th up 1.1 I knew that my 'phantom weight loss' was due to all the walking. No surprise there. 126.5 and I'll take it. Still was nice to see that seductive number while it lasted

WI yesterday, was up .8. Blaming it on a second eating out episode last weekend. I had an MRI on Sunday and decided I needed a 'treat', just like when I was a little kid. But I'm not a little kid so WHY did I do that?!? Anyway, what I ate was both healthy and delicious, but I didn't need the added treat after that so it's my fault. No more double dining out in one week!
