Chele, glad you had fun at the festival. I like sauerkraut but I'm not sure I would like it in donuts or brownies. Of course, the heat process would kill the probiotics. I've never heard of Waynesville but it must be pretty old since I think Ohio became a state in the early 19th Century. Are you rested today or still tired? What's on the menu with the farmers' market finds?
I didn't realize the Gators lost that badly, Kathy. I think Clemson and LSU played in a bowl game a few years ago, so there have been Tigers vs. Tigers at least once in the past. Speaking of LSU and Clemson, did you see that LSU jumped Clemson for the #2 spot this week? Guess it helped that UF was ranked and FSU wasn't. If DN goes to Langley, how long would he be living in VA? Does he have a preference on internships or is he laid back about that, too?
Becky, I'm glad your weather is now more seasonal. That was just too cold for you this early in the year. I had something very odd happen on the Garmin this morning. I was on the treadmill going about 3.2 mph most of the time but my HR was reading in the upper 50s and low 60s, which I know wasn't right because that's my normal resting HRand it was an effort to go at that speed. When I stopped the timer, my HR was 95 and I did get 69 intensity minutes, so it must have been recording right but just not displaying right. It's always fine when I'm at the gym on the AMT or the Nu-Step. Have you ever noticed that happening?
I hope you're feeling younger by now, Linda. I hope you get some rest with all you have on your to-do list. Did you get it all done? Our weed pollen is finally in the low category. Hallelujah!! I'll have to check the diabetic living post for the butternut squash soup recipe as I just harvested a couple out of the garden. There are several more that aren't quite ready, so I'll have a bumper crop soon. I do bake them for Arya for dinner, but this time of year, I like them in soup, too. I, too, remember those days of dragging myself to work when I certainly didn't feel like dealing with it. And, being an administrator, there were days I had big meetings, had to stay upbeat for staff who were struggling, etc., and I don't miss it.
Liz, was this a PT day? Did you do anything else while you were out and about? Anything from St. Crazy on the telecommute? You think they'll wait til Friday before they tell you anything? That seems to be their way.
Dale went to the pool this morning (not where I used to go) and I did a load of towels and rugs and made a batch of vegan mac & cheese for the week and water sauteed some shiitakes. On the days we don't have to get up at a specific time, Arya has been sleeping later. We got up about 6:15 this morning. I think I'm finally getting caught up on my sleep after years of living with sleep deprivation. I also made a vet appointment for a week from Wednesday for Arya's annual (it takes both of us to get her there and back safely with as skittish as she is about everything) and ordered a 5 lb bag of the soy nuggests we eat, which is a special order item at Earth Fare. I'll pick them up on Thursday. Dentist appointment then AF and Aldi in the morning.

Linda, it is nice not to have to go in to work when you're not feeling up to par. No wonder some of my teachers were grumpy! Our classes started at 7:30 in high school which was way too early.
Karen, the Gators couldn't do much of anything in the second half. I haven't seen the new rankings, but ouch! You know your team is bad when another team clobbers you and then falls in the rankings. I'm sure Clemson isn't too happy about that. Sorry, not sorry, lol. UF almost lost to Kentucky, so it makes me wonder if they deserved to be ranked that high. I think the internships are for a semester. DN has a preference for the VA location, but he would gladly take any of them.

Thanks for the start Karen.
Linda Ragweed has been high here too with the weather ups and downs. It is 83 and humid here today.I hope you are feeling better.
Karen I wish the temps weren't quite so seasonable right now.I even turned on the AC on this afternoon because it was 81 in the house and 83 and humid outside. It's supposed to get up to 89 tomorrow and then another slight cool down.I just hope we get the rain that is supposed to come with it tomorrow night.I don't have my Garmin on my wrist when I'm on the bike so I don't know what it is.This morning I really thought I was getting a more vigorous workout but I only burned 288 calories or something like that which made it a moderate workout. My body battery is down to 7 for the first time in a long time.
With the rumored changes coming up with WW I decided last Monday to do another 3 month subscription because they are coming out the week on Nov 10.I decided to give freestyle a fair full week and surprisingly I was down 1.2.I don't want to keep losing but it was nice to finally lose on it for once.I've never gained on it but I never did a full week on it before. If I was up by middle of the week before I would go to a different WW plan.I will try it again this week.I am double tracking on the Lose It app to make sure I get enough calories.
Waves to Chele,Kathy and Liz.

.Finally walked the dog, cleaned up things getting piled up in the garage, did laundry and settled down to sort through the recipes I have printed or clipped. Organized it and chose a few for this week.
I will let you know how they turn out. I get a lot of recipes on FB posts.
Poutine tonight was easy with air fried Trader Joes frozen french fries. I had frozen some gravy from a pot roast a while ago,
