I can track, plan, move and hydrate. Younger daughter and her family are coming for their favorite dinner, grilled tilapia, rice pilaf, salad, haricots verts and a chocolate dessert for them. Ann, rest those feet and everyone have a great day.

Monday was a great OP day despite a little stress LOL Will repeat Tuesday minus the stress and add a walk. Ann,you rocked the walking Monday Audrey, I ate that same meal (almost) out on Monday for lunch at OCharleys. The dish is called Santa Fe Tilapia. Its one of my favorite meals out and very point friendly. SANTA FE TILAPIA A flaky tilapia filet, fire grilled and topped with house-made Pico de Gallo. Served atop rice pilaf and with broccoli. (Cal 540) Becky, we finally got rain Sunday night and they are calling for more Tues and Weds. Hope you get some too.

Going to Beirut today and to Tripoli tomorrow. No control over what food will be served but hope to have control over what food I put into my mouth.

Ann - What is going on medically? Good plan Becky. Hope you get the rain and cool down you need. Audrey - Enjoy your family dinner. Haricots vertes tie with asparagus as my favorite vegetable. Sounds like a great choice for a meal out LaDonna. Way to stay OP. Bee - I know you will rock it. Cathy - You can do it. Some times we want to control it and sometimes we don't. We just do what we can. I am making the transition from the office in the guest room to a wall in the living room/dining room. I have a TON of shredding to do. I'll go into the office early today to get started. I expect to have the office part completed by the weekend. Need a new piece of furniture for the bedroom which may take a few weeks to find since I'm not sure if I am going to go with a dresser or a TV stand with storage.

Good morning, Ann - Becky - Audrey - LaDonna - Bee - Cathy - Susi - and AWF!
Prayers continue for all ailing and/or stressed posters and loved ones... and thank you for your prayers for me and my family... especially for the Mouseketeer...
🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂
Yesterday was a long one; today will be the same, with DivaTaxi, FMR, and MHMR. That will be all done by 9 AM. Our plan is deliberately low-key for the rest of it <jinx><jinx>. But perhaps a sort-the-fridge-freezer day; looks like there are some <ahem> long-time residents that need to be evicted (or cycled into the meal plans NOW). And Toots has rehearsal tonight. Oh, wait - it's Tuesday - and the Mouseketeer and I have a session with DrK at 5 PM.
I'm achy this morning; yesterday was upper-body at PT and I really focused on muscle groups. Nothing that ibuprofen and a nap can't help. We have yesterday's baked chicken thighs in the fridge (of course I got those done, too) so the dinner protein's all set.
FourBoyz had a good day yesterday, with extra jumping time (the young lady at the desk put them in for "Toddler Time" which is an extended session at a reduced rate - she remembered us from the summer). And they kept me OP by cleaning up two medium Dominos pizzas, leaving only one crust for Toots to enjoy - he and I had salads. They-all left shortly after 6 PM, all of them heading for the same wrestling open mat.
For right now, coffee will aid the waking-up process... ☕☕☕...
🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂 Have a healthy-eating day, all! 🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂

Good morning all. Today will be spent very low key. Slept well and for that I'm grateful. I'll do what I normally do. Cathy enjoy your trips. You are right all you do have control over is what you put in your mouth Susi no medical issues. Just need to see if my new PCP has received the medical records from my gyno so that she can schedule me an appointment. Happy organizing. It's a lot of work but so well worth it in the end. MJ hope your achy body gets back to normal. LOL on the kids keeping you OP with the lo pizza from Dominoes Enjoy that coffee. Waving and wishing all a pleasant OP day.

Fall has not even made a reservation for my neck of the woods yet --- and I am sleeping later and later.
No Bible study this morning, just not up to live talking folks. LOL

Audrey Enjoy your dinner with family.
LaDonna I hope today was less stressful and you were OP and were able to walk.Too hot to walk here even if my knee allowed it.We haven't had any rain yet but at a high of 94 and very humid hopefully we will get some as the front comes in.
Bee You are very able.LA didn't get a cool front last week when we did?We are expecting another one but not near as cool as the last one.Sometimes we just need quiet.
Cathy I hope you enjoyed your trip.
Susi Good luck with all that shredding.
Ann I'm glad you were able to make your appointment.
Pam I wish we had a Panera's close around.Keep smiling while you aim for blue.
Try to BBL.
MJ I hope your achiness is gone by now.
