Track, move and hydrate. It's supposed to be warmer but will still walk in the house in addition to the recumbent bike.My knees just don't hold up on our country road.We need to go to the vet to get Heartgard for Scooter but not much else planned.
Ann Good luck with your gyno appoint and be safe in all that rain.I heard your area is expecting lots of rain.
Bee I'm glad your eye is better as long as you limit your screen time.

The two days away from home were fun BUT my fanny is tired of sitting on dining room chairs and in cars. Today I am in charge of what the menu and that is going to be nice. Today I will: Think before I eat, record what I eat, hydrate, move more than I did the last two days.

Good luck with the new doctor Ann Becky - Is there anything more that can be done for your knees? Glad you had fun Cathy but I hear you about being back in control I am off to the gym. The storm was pretty wild last night.

Good morning all. Had a very restless sleep. The wind was horrible as well as the rain. Not looking forward to going out in this mess today. We also lost power at some point as all our digital clocks were 'winking at me'........
Susi enjoy the gym. Sounds like you and I had the same weather pattern. Stay safe!
Cathy I can also relate to being back in the drivers seat. Enjoy your day.
Becky best to do your walking indoors with your knee.
Waving and will pop in later. I'm happy my appointment isn't until 2 pm so hopefully I'll get a nap in beforehand.

Good morning, Ann - Becky - Cathy - Susi - and AWF!
Prayers continue for all ailing and/or stressed posters and loved ones... and thank you for your prayers for me and my family... especially for the Mouseketeer...
🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂
The nor'easter is mostly over; there were really, REALLY strong winds overnight (sounded like low-flying aircraft or rumbling freight trains) and that's dried things out somewhat. Winds will still be a factor during the day but no more than a shower is expected.
DivaTaxi's off-duty. MHMR is on schedule. Then groceries. Then I need to get to either Staples or FedEx/Kinko's to get the programs printed for Saturday's YM Ball. The Kressling should be here this afternoon and then the fun begins. Son#1 will coach his soccer practice, I will take K'ling2 to his soccer practice (location TBD), and Toots will have the Zigster here. Maybe. Depends on DDIL's schedule, but Son#1 didn't know her hours. <where IS my spreadsheet?!?!>.
But mostly, if I hit the ground running <hahaha> this morning, I can be done with all I need to do by lunchtime and then nap and do Not Much until the afternoon/evening settle out.
Chilly here; coffee's warming me up... ☕☕☕...
🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂 Have a healthy-eating day, all! 🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂

Ann, I pray you like the new gyno.
Becky, hope the day goes as planned.
Glad you had fun, Cathy, enjoy your plan as you execute it.
Sue, I heard that from some other friends up north. Glad you made it through safe.
MJ, hope it all goes as planned.
I can be thankful - that even though I ate half a large pizza for dinner, am up 2# from the sodium, that it was delicious. And I know what to do. - I can still move, albeit not too fast, - the sun is gonna come up this morning. - I can choose to be WILLING, AWARE and ABLE!
June, still praying for you and R.
May ALL have a great day!

Thanks, Bee. I join you in getting back on track by being willing aware and able. I had Chinese food yesterday and saw just a .5 blip in the scale. I'm sure it will all surface tomorrow....or not LOL. Either way, I enjoyed it. Hope you see sunshine. Right now we are still having heavy rain and wind. June, you and R remain in my prayers as well.

Hope you get that nap in MJ. Sounds like you are going to need it. And that's why I buy pizza by the slice now, LOL, Bee. But good pizza is ALWAYS worth it. June - Thinking about you all and sending prayers.

LaDonna 70's is just perfect weather. Enjoy. Also hope you get some needed rainfall. I'm back from my gyno appointment and I liked the newbie to me doctor. Very professional and had a sense of humor as well. I like that I don't need to go back now for another year. They send out a postcard reminding you to schedule an appointment as the time gets near. Seeing as I'm sleep deprived, I'm already in my jammies and shall stay this way. Right now the sky is getting brighter and the wind has died down some...but it's still raining out. Waving to all and wishing Pam Becky Audrey June and anyone else I missed a wonderful day. Talk tomorrow!

I just lost my post. Ann, MJ and Susi I hope the storm did no serious damage. Ann, glad you like the new doctor and can understand why you are in your jammies so early. MJ, I hope you get that nap or at least rest before the boys arrive. Bee, that is such a beautiful photo and everything is so green. LaDonna, Loma Linda in CA was the only identified blue zone but work is being done to make other cities better. Iowa City is one place where walking is being encouraged as well as healthy eating. So when Pam mentions she aims for blue I will now think she is in a blue zone. June, I hope everything is going well for you, R and your mom. Continuing to send love and prayers.
