Credit for tracking, going to my WW meeting, and keeping up with my online support groups. Special credit for keeping up the WW meetings for all these years. Gratitude for all that I do have in my life.

CREDIT: Stayed OP, kept my journal on paper and MFP, exercised more - scale is moving but SLOWLY
GRATITUDE: For positive mental attitude and also for talking to children and granddaughters via skype last night
