My weekly goal is to move more and eat less, I'm gaining and it doesn't look good, and I'm not in the right mood to fix things. My me-time is my puzzles and computer time.

Weekly goal: Drink more water daily.
Me time: Some nice hot soaks at night with essential oils, and reading daily.

WEEKLY GOAL: KOKO - scale is moving - want to see ONEDERLAND this week
ME TIME: Reading and Reviewing
Political unrest continues. Demonstrators in the street declared a revolution. Cabinet/government are going to work to implement agreed upon policies that should improve the situation in Lebanon. Time will tell what will happen. I had no American bread in the house for toast this morning so made a polenta/farina base for my egg and topped it with cooked tomato, onion, garlic and red pepper...tasty. Anyway...might make some bread for toast later today...if we have yeast...or not.

cathygeha, how scary. Best wishes for you. Weekly goal: more cardio Me time: meditating and reading. NBA season starts Thursday for my team. This is not going to be a good year for them (Warriors). But they've had such a good run, it spoiled me as a fan.
