I walked 30 minutes five times this week. Moved up from 10 minute walks three times to 15 minute walks twice. Will eventually either go to two 20 minute walks or three 15 minute walks...we will see.
Scale is still at 200. Not going to worry about it and just KOKO

Getting ready for another power outage. I think we will have to buy a generator since it doesn't look like these things are going to stop any time soon.
As far as exercise went: My body-weight strength & flexibility exercises I did every day. The rest of it:
10/19 - Lifted weights, abs. 10/20 - Short walk 10/22 - Cardio (mini-trampoline) 10/23 - Lifted weights 10/24 - Cardio & abs. 10/25 - Classical Stretch video

Treadmill, recumbent bike, Nu-step 10 min. each, 6 days. (Speed increased again this week) SCI-fit upper body 5 min. 3x week (resistance increased this week)

Right now I'm treasuring the fact that I am doing something. It is hard because I have no oomph to do exercise so me doing something everyday is a treat.

bbbearsmom, good attitude. I have never felt worse after exercising so I always anticipate some positive physical, mental and emotional feedback, which gets me going when I'm not really wanting to work out.

I did the recumbent bike 45 minutes and walking either on the road or in the house daily.

The usual: treadmill 4 times, walking outside today. No weights but I need to start up again. I keep using this damn annoying neuropathy but the truth is, I just don't make time when I'm at the gym. I need to do the weights BEFORE the cardio so it's done, then just get on the treadmill and know I can leave after that's finished. My acupuncturist said she thought it'd be good to do light weights too so I'm going to get some of those measly two pounders and I can do arm stuff while watching TV in the evenings.
I never signed up for the Pilates place after the free trial, because it's a bit pricey right now, but they called to offer me another free session which I'll take!
