My new thing is to do points plus this week to see what difference it will make. I know that counting points and fulfilling the 8ghg's should be healthier than just counting calories AND it might nudge me one way or the other on the scale. That said...sleuthing the information online is...interesting.

I still go by the ghg and follow smart points. Never got into calorie counting. I say try it as weight watchers is not a one size fits all plan.

ann1953 , Congrats on the news. lani , What are your temperatures? When we lose power in the winter our house has gone down to the 50's. I would think of a reason to drive to a store so I could use the heater in the car and get warm in the store. We have some LED lanterns that run on batteries. We really like them.
