Just joined WW online for 3 months have high hopes, but just not sure. I don't have a ton to lose - 20 lbs - but medically I need to - cholesterol and blood sugar are getting questionable and my blood pressure isn't what it used to be. I know it's harder when there's not so much to lose. I lost 13 lbs last Spring/Summer '16 - initially on medical weight loss, but couldn't stick with it - anyone who knows this program probably knows why! I then cycled through WW/points plus, calorie counting with MFP and then paleo - gained 8lbs back I think I wanted/needed a quick fix - don't we all - and a 56y/o metabolism isn't on board with this idea. So I'm trying to calm down and change to this WW way because I'm convinced it's the only thing that makes sense. I really like the Simply Filling method - Paleo trained me more into the clean eating way. Plus, I'm sooooo very tired of logging and obsessing over food. Having to remember JUST what I can't eat - Simply filling list of 'no-no's seems smaller - seems easier and maybe more realistic for me. I have concerns because it will require some serious willpower with the ability to STOP eating when I'm full and I'm not convinced I know what that feels like. Anyone had experience with Simply Filling?

kalizbeth61 welcome! We have a very active Simply Filling board here and I am sure they will be able to help you out. I have never done simply filling (or core for the old timers) because that is exactly what I was afraid of, figuring out when to stop when "satisfied"! I know that for those that do it, they have some pretty amazing results. Good luck!!

Although I pretty much plan meals from the Simply Filling food list, I have never been brave enough to stop tracking and weighing and measuring portions. I have just resigned myself to having to do this most of the time to feel secure and successful.
