Thought I'd jump start us off for Sunday.
Picked up a pot roast and veggies for tomorrow's meal. It was on sale and we haven't had one in awhile so we will enjoy that.
Other than that, nothing is planned. I'm thinking of just having an 'at home' kinda day. It's supposed to be a tad warmer so there will be plenty of walks to take.
Sleep well, all...and don't forget to 'fall behind' with the clocks

Sunday came early. It's not 4 p.m. on the West Coast:) No specific plans for today. I bought food to bring to the board meeting and came home to find out it has been postponed for a week. That was short notice. I hope the baked goods freeze well. I never eat any of the food at these meetings but did buy really nice end of season black grapes. We will see how long they last. I plan to take two walks today, work in the garden and house and track and hydrate. Sleeping well will be good since Lily Belle woke us up three times last night, very unusual for her.

Sorry plans were postponed Audrey. Hope the baked goods freeze well. Hopefully your fur baby does not wake you up tonight. Occasionally that happens with LuLa.

Thx Ann, for launching the thread.
Ann Pot roast remind me of Sunday dinner as a child. I always made a mash potato dam for the gravy. Still is one ogfmy favdinners. Enjoy! Good that you can strut your stuff tomorrow!
Audrey Hmmm... could you could coat or spray the thawed potato, season it, and then brown it in the oven.? I know that some like frozen grapes as a treat.
Sounds like a nice way to spend a Sunday.

Ann Ha ha ha ... the trick was dig out a heaping spoonful the mashed potatoes with gravy while leaving the dam intact. Loved Sunday night's-- we often had my fav meal (roast beef, mashed potatoes, peas, tapioca pudding), took our baths, and then watched "The Wonderful World of Disney."

Am up early to work on grading. My goal is to try to accomplish some of the cleaning that I had intended to do on TH or Fri. Have to work in a trip to laundromat to wash a load of wet, muddy and possibly tarred clothes & rags.
Later today I hope to watch the Browns' game. Hopefully, R will not need to send me to the hardware store. His friend, Marty, is coming over to supply the muscle.
Hope to have time to visit my mom and later take a long bath featuring Calgon.
Will try to check back later. If I do not, then know that I am sending Yiu each good vibes and caring thoughts.

Good morning all. Ahhhh I so remember the Wonderful World Of Disney Thanks for that memory, June. Hopefully you can skip the hardware store and your day of visiting mom and a wonderful Calgon bath is just what the doctor ordered......enjoy. Not sure what's on our agenda for today. Time will tell. In the meantime I shall walk plan track and hydrate. Will CBL

Audrey - Hope they freeze well Yep, pot roast, mashed potatoes and gravy, any green veggie is a wonderful memory for me as well. Comedy night at the Elks was a lot of fun. Everything was very salty so I'm paying this morning, but lots of water will take care of that in no time. The ferals were very upset with me for being "late" due to the time change. LOL. Nearly got my hand bitten off handing out the ham. Off to spin and then we will all go out for breakfast before our friends leave. My usual Eggs Benedict on crab cakes instead of Canandian bacon, fruit instead of potatoes. Will stop to see my friend who took care of Charlie and then home for football and prep.

Good morning, Ann - Audrey - June - and AWF!!! I got up at 6:15 New Time (7:15 Old Time) so I have officially SLEPT IN. I've been up since 3 AM New Time (4 AM Old Time) but REFUSED to get out of bed. Even in Old Time, THAT's ridiculous. ⏱😲⏰🤔⏱ Prayers continue for all ailing and/or stressed posters and loved ones... and thank you for your prayers for me and my family... especially for the Mouseketeer... Susi, I've seen some cute memes about animals' attitudes toward the time change... looks like YOU saw it in person! The Garage Project is well underway. That is all I'm saying right now ; it's not a bad thing, but it certainly is IN-ter-est-ing. 🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂 Yesterday's WW workshop had a substitute coach, Acquilynne (Acky) - my all-time favorite - she is soooOOOooo down-to-earth and able to put things in a real-life-here-we-are perspective. Our coach has electric wires down in her front yard from the Halloween Night storm (the one that, T-G, pretty much "went around us"). It was a really good, lively workshop and my monthly weigh-in was EXACTLY what it was last month - to the tenth - so I've got my November voucher. Afterward three of us went to breakfast at the Metuchen Diner. After that we went to ShopRite to stock up on Campbell's chunky soups for Toots for winter lunches ($1.25/can), then had a light lunch and headed for the MousekeHouse. We took MissMouse and MousekeTWO to Lowe's (better in-store stock of the Rubbermaid FastTrack system than the first Home Depot we tried) and then SHE had us hike across that shopping center to Bob's and Home Goods to look for a new foyer table that has storage underneath (the table she has had for years has an open shelf). We worked in the garage until 4:30 PM and then came home for rotisserie chicken dinner and NASCAR Xfinity. We'll be back at the MousekeHouse at 10 AM today. Sunday Steak Dinner will most likely end up being Italian take-away this evening. That's OK. My gut is - amazingly - MUCH better so while I will not test it I can at least carefully enjoy eating meals again. Coffee... ☕☕☕... and I've watched the sun rise on Sunday morning... looks like it's going to be a beautiful day! 🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂 Have a healthy-eating day, all! 🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂

Jumping back in-- Finished my early morningt to-do list. Now it I should back to grading after I check in here. Am grateful that R is better so that I can take this time for myself.
Ann Taking a morning walk after drinking coffee or tea just sets the right tone for the day.
Susi OMG... I could just picture those "hangry" feral cats attcaking that ham. Glad that your hand or fingers did not get CHOMPED. Have a great spin class and enjoy the game.
Mj Super WEIGH IN! Great to have back to back numbers and dance out w/ a voucher. Down to earth is also my cup of tea. Living any weight loss program involves real life and reality checks.
Gotta love those NASCAR races & downtime after a busy day.

MJ congratulations on your super weigh in. It's a great feeling to get that etool voucher Also nothing quite like watching the sunrise Enjoy coffee and your day. June happy grading. I agree...it's all about those 'little things'. Those are the things that bring the most pleasure. Wonderful that you are now able to take time for YOU. Praying that R continues to improve. All meals are planned and tracked. I am now going to do some laundry

My WW guide and I laughed so hard... I was sure that all the sodium from the chicken noodle soup more than made up for the general lack of solid food this past week. But to hit EXACTLY the same number was a hoot.
