Monday I can start the day by taking a walk and need to get to the bank. While in that neck of the woods I'll browse Ocean State Job Lots. My day is sketched out food wise. All I need to do is follow it and hydrate.

Yes, you can Pam and we all can. I will track, move and hydrate. My meals are planned and since my board meeting was rescheduled, I can get in a walk before breakfast and one later with Lily Belle. I have some errands and household chores. What do you tell animals who donβt understand you turned the clocks back an hour? My son said his dogs were whining at 4 a.m Sunday morning thinking it was 5. Lily Belle was trying to eat the catβs food last night because she was sure I was late with her dinner.

As soon as I can find my RESET button, I plan to press it.
Having my girls here is wreaking havoc on my way of eating. LOL
Haven't seen the AWARE glasses, the WILLING shoes or the ABLE mindset, since Liz rolled in.
Hope ALL have a great day!
And YES WE CAN!

Audrey I don't have trouble with my dog waking me up because of the time change but one of my cats starts kneading in my tummy an hour earlier.

Just rejoined and will be attending a workshop on Monday. I know the program so I am already ready. Meal planned and got all ingredients for my Mexican pork and beans recipe that is 2 points per serving (love!). Plan to move more, drink more water and get back on the road to healthy living.

Welcome, tralee!
I've just finished watching the Ravens/Patriots rout <er> game... it's almost 11:30 PM New Time and we'll be up at 5:30. It was worth every minute.
Be back in the morning... pleasant dreams, all!

Good morning all. Woke up to a balmy 27 degrees Welcome tralee. Look for us daily Slept well and happy for that. Becky enjoy your busy morning shopping. We had a huge yellow cat named Buddy that used to do 'happy feet' on my belly when he wanted his food. Rachel would just jump on the bed and stare at us and meow at us LOL. Animals have a way of getting our attention. Glad you enjoyed the game, MJ. Hi Pam. I agree with Audrey you CAN do this. Bee I know you will hook back up with willing/aware/and able. The reset button is awesome Audrey when Rachel was alive LuLa would go into her room and help herself to the cat food. We had to put a baby gate up LOL. Waving and wishing all a great OP MOnday!

Good morning, Ann - Becky - Pam - Audrey - Bee - tralee - and AWF!
Prayers continue for all ailing and/or stressed posters and loved ones... and thank you for your prayers for me and my family... especially for the Mouseketeer...

DivaTaxi's done its morning run; it's funny to be doing it under a dawn sky (sunrise 6:30 AM). Next comes MHMR, followed by LA-F. The schools in the township are closed this week and DDIL has made arrangements for the Zigster to go to a "camp" at The Club at Woodbridge, except for Tuesday. And we only have the Mice on Monday & Friday; GrannyWags will cover Tu/Wed/Th.
The Garage Project is progressing. It continues to be IN-ter-est-ing, with DSonIL "on a roll" to put EVERYTHING away yesterday and us resisting having the space all filled up when we need room to work (we prevailed). We need to get the bike rail mounted before next weekend, when the wicker patio set will be added to the (rapidly-diminishing) garage space. I think we will apply ourselves to that today since we already have the big rail. I've had my pre-PT breakfast (scrambled eggs & Triscuits) and now I'm savoring my coffee... βββ... and the fact that the heat came up in the house just as we were getting up.
πππππππππ Have a healthy-eating day, all! πππππππππ

Good morning all. Good plans Ann, Becky, Pam. Audrey - The animals are just too funny! The ferals were very impatient again this morning. Welcome Tralee! Bee - Family can do that to you. Glad you won the battle at least, MJ. Hopefully DSIL will see the wisdom of your way. Every single Monday, the garbage truck arrives at 7:15. It was at the end of the road right on time but has since disappeared and the garbage is still there. Weird. Ended up at a celebration of life party yesterday for DGF's former coworker. I didn't know her but I knew more people at the party than DGF did! I'm also hitting the reset button. Monster veggie frittata for the week is made. Lunch is packed and dinner is planned. DOR but I'll get some walking in. Got straw for the cat house which I put in this morning. I still have to fill the other house. I've begun a very preliminary search for my next kitty. I'm planning on going through the same shelter that I got Missy from. They have a deal if you are over 50 and adopt over 5 years old.

MJ happy to hear that the project is going well. LOL to getting DSIL on board Enjoy PT and especially the heat. Ours also kicked in this a.m. Was happy for that pleasure. Susi bless your heart going to the same shelter to find another lucky kitty to take home care for and love. Funny how you knew so many at the celebration of life. Wonder what the deal is with the garbage truck? ? Carl is going to smoke a pork shoulder. He did trim it...but it is what it is. I shall watch my portions. The good thing is that he will freeze a lot of it and he also gives some to our neighbors. A win win for me and my weight watching ways
