Busy day yesterday and the car noise stopped. I’ll be paying attention to hearing if it starts again. Bee, I’m glad you found everything you needed to move forward. Ann, you will be fine whether or not you go to your meeting. (((June))) have a soothing cup of tea today. I see the trainer this morning. DH has an out of town meeting with no dinner so I’m making chicken, vegetable, rice soup for dinner. Our weather is back in the low 80s but mornings and evenings are cool.

It has been rather crazy in Lebanon and then without internet used a lot of credits on the phone just trying to stay connected on a minimal level. Anyway, back to "normal-ish" and with the pounds that refound me I will be back on track today. Breakfast is on paper and MFP and there is a plan to walk later.
ANN: Let us know if you do or don't weigh at WW. Hope all is well with Carl...I need to be in that boat of the discombobulated, too, though I might be too tired to do much rowing.
BEE: I have found my glasses and some old WW information and today will be back on track - we can do it! How do you make the butternut squash. I may crawl into the boat with you and MJ to make sure you both are rowing in the same direction...too tired this morning to do much rowing so hope the stream carries me gently in the direction I plan to go.
JUNE: I am sure it has been crazy with work and your husband convalescing. How many weeks left before term ends?
BECKY: I remember Texas weather being changeable and temperatures fluctuating greatly in 24 hours. Stay comfy! Do you need to take a break from the exercise or perhaps try water exercises?
AUDREY: It warmed up here in Lebanon again, too. I like the temperatures a bit lower but still it is better than earlier in the summer.
MJ: I was surprised to see you had not the usual post...hope you find your combobulation
ROSIE: Waving from Lebanon...great group to be a part of! I have never tried Hungry Girl recipes...how did the potato curry turn out?
SUSI: I should pre-plan...maybe someday
LADONNA: Glad you enjoyed the evening at home and the dinner you made too eat with family.

DivaTaxi's off duty. MHMR is off duty (GrammyWags covering). Toots & I plan to head to Longwood Gardens to see the Bamboo and Chrysanthemum displays before Longwood turns over to Christmas.
We were on duty for MHMR on Monday (regular day), Tuesday (trampoline park; DrK), and Wednesday start-up (GrammyWags had to take Cousin Emilia to preschool for 8:45 - but we used that time for the GP). We will be on duty tomorrow as usual.
The Garage Project wrapped up (for now) yesterday morning. We got the sports storage rails up Sat/Sun and yesterday put the hooks on and got the various bags up, working around the patio furniture. We got the bike rail up on Monday. There's one more wall but we are re-thinking that use of space; we are also waiting for the water softener to be removed, which affects the basement portion of the project. However, the big stuff is all done.
My gut kicked up again on Monday/Tuesday; I have NO idea what triggered it. I'm doing much better and I need to keep things on an even keel - Woodloch is coming up soon!
Coffee... ☕☕☕... and an eye on the Weather Channel...
🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂 Have a healthy-eating day, all! 🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂

Cathy, I roasted 2 medium carrots, sliced long ways (cut them smaller after roasted), 2 cups of butternut squash cut up, and 2 small sweet taters cut up. I seasoned them with garlic powder and black pepper and EVOO. Put them on a cookie sheet and roasted for 30 minutes.
I put 2 cups of chicken broth in the crock pot, mine is small, and turned on high.
I took 1/3 of the veggies after roasted, and added to the broth. After it cooking 2 hours, I added another third. then repeated 2 hours later. This is where I cut the carrots into smaller pieces.
After the last batch had cooked and I like chunks in my soups, I added 1 whole peeled and chopped apple, and some red curry.
When I serve it, I will put coconut milk or half and half in the bowl, sprinkle with a dusting of ground cloves, and then top with the soup

Morning everyone,
Work has been quiet this week. I'm so enjoying. As usual my breakfast and lunch is planned but no real idea about dinner yet. The family ate leftovers last night and I had an omelette with whole wheat toast and fruit. Tonight there are no L/Os and I have PT so we shall see! My Jayleigh is coming over Friday evening to spend the night with me. I'm looking forward to that...have not seen her in a while.
Ann, you've been running with appts and such so yes, take some time to rest and rejuvenate! you've earned it:)
Bee, can I hire you to cook for me LOL sounds so good!
Becky, I hope the portable eliptical will be doable for you. SO sorry about your knee. Hope you can get something done for it soon.
June, well wishes and prayers continue..we are here for you.
Cathy, I am kind of stuck weight wise, too. I'll go down and then back up. But at least maintaining. I know what to do its just a matter of doing it:)
Susi, great you slept well! any news on the adoption?
MJ, yay on the garage! sorry about the tummy.

MJ - Enjoy the Gardens. Sounds good Bee Glad it's finally a little quieter and work. That will be fun with Jayleigh. This morning they asked for clarification about my cats being "mostly indoors". So we will see if they like my response. I know Cheryl and the vet will give me glowing recommedations.
