Good afternoon all. I'll have to look up that recipe. It was 14 when I walked Charlie and 21 when I left the gym. I really don't mind the cold but the wind has got to go. Need to pick up a few items and then I am going to play with my brand new Instant Pot.

Good Sunday All. Sunny and cold here. Had a work event concert last night. It was a success. Laundry going. Giving myself the day off since I didn't wisely use my Non work time yesterday. Managed to avoid the great food and drink at the event. Just ate 4 carrot sticks. A win!

Checking in with temps heading to the 70s today. Kitchen is clean and laundry is done. Heading over to mom's. We're going to watch Moana and enjoy the afternoon. Have a great day everyone!

I just looked on the WW tracker page (at the bottom) and they have a recipe for grilled cheese with pickles on the side and it is 5 SP and they use bread instead of cauliflower!

Be sure to check hippressurepcooking.com. Laura is a pro with pressure cookers. I recently discovered her method for cooking grains (rice) and the rice comes out perfectly every time.

linda72 that looks delicious and worth the points! sullicat1 hope you feel better! Looks a lot easier preparation-wise. too! I've actually made grilled cheese with Sara Lee Delightful bread and 2% American cheese and as I recall it was enjoyable. Goes well with fruit salad or soup (Tomato!).

Ok, DH and I made the " Cauliflower Grilled Cheese Sandwich" and it was pretty much a fail. We followed the recipe but learned a little along the way. The recipe said to spray the skillet with cooking spray. That wasn't nearly enough to preventing it from sticking. The first two pieces of "bread" stuck like crazy and fell apart in the skillet. We pushed it together as best as we could and finished the other side, added the cheese and finished the cooking. It crumbled pretty badly when we got it out of the skillet. For the next 3 sandwiches, I added olive oil to the skillet and it was easier to keep it together. We added the correct amount of cheese from the recipe but ours definitely didn't have the gooey cheesy look shown in the picture. I used full fat cheddar cheese. I think that made it 10 SP. The taste was okay but not outstanding. For all the work it took, I would never do it again. As I mentioned earlier today, I saw on the WW website a picture of a grilled cheese sandwich made on low calorie bread that was 5 SP. I would make that one. I don't know how to add a picture that is on my computer but not on the internet.
