Hi gals. Thursday I can KOKO and go pick up my etool voucher and new material. Depending on how cold it is in that old church basement will dictate if I stay or not. Seeing as I'm not switching I may just do the drive by.
Sweet dreams.

Ann KOKO is always a good goal.I will join you with that goal.If it's not raining we may go to my hometown if we can find the studio and get the new material also.I am enjoying green as an alternative.I will stay on it 2 weeks before I decide whether to swithch to blue again.Freestyle is a good maintenance plan.I just love having a choice now.
I will track, move when I can and hydrate.

I will move, track and hydrate. Yesterday the dealership service department could find nothing wrong with my car and there was no charge. What they did notice was the tag was stolen off my license plate and I saw the registration was missing from the glove department. My car is never left unlocked. I ordered replacements and hope no policeman notices before I get the new ones. Trainer this morning and perhaps I’ll do some Christmas shopping. I need to go to Costco. Dinner will be grilled tilapia, green beans, salad and perhaps roasted carrots.

I will:
* write everything I eat down in my journral * make healthy choices
* hydrate
I am tired from yesterday. There were four of us and we had fun. The front door refused to open - lock frozen - so everyone had to come in the back door. Food was just right: tomato soup, salad and a vegetarian sweet potato topped shepherd's pie. One woman couldn't make it as the main road from her house south was blockaded.

Good morning Am up early do that I can spend some time with you .
Ann Hope that the a "warm up" comes your way and the meeting room temp is bearable.
Becky That's a reasonable approach to the program changes. Hope that you can get a copy of the new materials.
Audrey Great dinner menu! That's worrisome. Perhaps you should notify the police. Whoever took the registration & tag is obviously likely will use them for criminal purposes. The police may have encountered this scam before and give you helpful advice. Maybe stealing the identification material is just step one. The thief might have tampered or damaged your car in a way that the dealership tech would not have anticipated. Thus, his diagnostic search would have been incomplete.
Cathy Delicious luncheon! Am glad that you all could have a lovely get together.

Thursday's goals
Take full advantage of feeling more like "me." Came home from work, ran some errands w/ R in tow, and then took a nap under two snuglgly fleece blankets. Woke, ate dinner, read a bit, then went to bed very early. My body and mind needed that extra warmth and extra sleep.
Approaching this in realistic way like I did post-op-- focus on optimizing as many moments as I can and being grateful. First gratitude-- my clothes are tighter, but a I can wear them. That's something 🦋
Waving hi to all who follow. Not sure if I can pop back later- school, grading after school, appt. for R.... will try. I miss everyone.

Good morning all. Another cold day in my parts. Right now it's 14! Becky hopefully you will get to a meeting. Green would be my second choice and my switch off to that after 2 weeks. Right now I'm not in the right frame of mind to change. Too much 'drama' doing on to deal with it. Happy shopping. Great goals. Audrey that is strange that your registration and tag are stolen/missing! Hopefully you will get a replacement before being pulled over. Very strange seeing as your vehicle is always locked! Enjoy your Costco trip and Christmas shopping. Cathy great goals and happy that you enjoyed entertaining your friends. Sorry one couldn't make it. The meal sounded great. June so good to see you So happy that you woke early, stopped in for a chat and most of all feeling more like June! Great goal to focus on optimizing as many moments as you can and being grateful. The rest will all fall into place with that attitude. Waving to all and I'll pop in later.

KOKO is a good thing. Expect a line if it is a normally well attended meeting. I was in line a long time yesterday morning because of the new materials. Becky - I too like having a choice. Green is so like point plus without the GHGs. But I like blue for maintenance Audrey - Enjoy the trainer. That's odd about the tag and registration. I agree with June about notifying the police. I hate when they can't find anything wrong. Glad you had fun Cathy. Menu sounds good. Did you get the lock unfrozen? You and R are constantly in my prayers. Pop in when you can and definitely take care of June. An empty well provides no water LOL Bee. Stay warm Yes, it's cold but I was dressed appropriately to do my walks outside. I prefer a cold breeze on my face while the rest of me is nice and toasty. Taking spin twice in one day was a bit much but I was glad to support the instructor. She normally only teaches spin on Sunday morning and probably 1/3 of that class was there. Today is planned and tracked and I've started on tomorrow's plan. It's based on a pot roast with carrots and onions in the slow cooker and mashed cauliflower on the side. My sister will join me.

Susi not many people attend out meeting. I'd say we have under 20 then again it could change due to the new materials. Time will tell. I also love the cool fresh air on my face. I just layer clothes accordingly. Every year when it gets cold it takes time for my body to catch up. Enjoy your meal and your sister's company I agree with green being like PP without the GHG's which I still follow. Bee LOL.......keep warm. Will CBL

Had a pretty decent OP Weds and will aim to do that again today. Ladies group tonight as we discuss the Rock the Road and the Rabbi. I'm cooking 2 pumpkin pies and will have decaf. I'll try and budget some points for a small slice of pie. I love it. Ann, wow! that is cold...drive by sounds good on that note. Becky, yes, it is great the we have choices. I like green the best but may try the other two just to see how it goes. Even though I do green I have always followed the GHSs or try to . Audrey will great day how aggravating! I have also begun a little holiday shopping. Cathy, sounds like a great meal and time of fellowship. June, thanks for checking in! My clothes were snug this morning, too! I'm blaming it on the dryer LOL Bee, so COLD here, too! stay warm Susi, Cool wind on my face feels good as long as the rest is warm...enjoy dinner with SIS.

I had forgotten I have a periodontist appointment this afternoon so instead of going to Costco I went to the nearby dollar store for gift bags. June, I am glad you feel more like yourself. Cathy, your lunch yesterday sounds so good. Sorry one of your friends couldn't make it but a small gathering is always nice. LaDonna, DD and family are coming for dinner Saturday. DH is going to barbecue a turkey and told me not to think of it as Thanksgiving but I am still thinking pumpkin pie for dessert. Susi, enjoy the pot roast dinner with your sister. Bee, glad you are joining in the march but do stay warm.
