Audrey For some reason the car never seems to make a noise when you take it in.I am sorry about the registration tags.I hope the trainer session went well. All your dinners sound good.
Cathy Good goals.Your menu sounds great and I hope everyone had fun despite the frozen door.
June It always makes me smile whenever you are able to steal a minute to post.It has been drizzling all day today so I didn't ask Kenneth to take me to WW.I am so happy you are beginning to feel more like June.
Ann Blue would be my second choice.I know I couldn't do purple.
Bee I love the poster you shared.I echo your feelings.
Susi I found blue good for maintenance but not for losing.Pot roast does sound good.

Ann I still follow most of the GHG's also.Congrats on your monthly loss.I wasn't able to go to my meeting because of the weather.
LaDonna Enjoy your ladies meeting.I have done blue but the foods I eat wouldn't fit purple.Stay warm.
I have my ortho appointment tomorrow at 11:00.Being that time of day we will end up eating out and I'm not familiar with that area so I will do the best I can.

Back and just finished eating. We stopped at our local pizza joint and we enjoyed pizza and a side salad. I did end up staying for the meeting. There were about 12 of us. It's very small scale. I think a lot of it has to do with the time frame. Most like getting it done in the a.m. not at 4:30 at night LOL. If I were losing, I would choose green. Purple would never work for me. Too much 'free foods' to deal with. Blue works well for me for maintaining. Funny how nobody mentions the GHG's. I still follow them, although not as I used to. At times I won't have the 2 tsp of oil or the dairy. I'm good with the others. Thanks for the congrats. I was surprised to have a weight loss. Especially at the end of the day

Checking in from the hospital. Dh is just coming out of gallbladder surgery. All has gone well and weβre headed home. Not my best day food wise, but I have tracked, kept hydrating and walked lots.

pamthomas46 sending prayers for your DH to have a quick recovery. When you spend the day at a hospital itβs difficult to have a great food day. I am sure you will be fine. Bravo on moving, tracking and hydrating.
