Here we go, it's a new week. What can we do to make it a good one? I got a successful start over the weekend with some decluttering and taking care of some things that, uh, aren't there and I don't see them if you know what I mean. Affirmation - I am in control and getting it done. Fitness report - a workout of cardio and high rep/low weight weights. Whoo fried my arms. Health goal - eat light and get my six month dental cleaning and check-up. Gratitude - just feeling "lighter" from taking care of neglected things. I hope everyone is well - happy Monday.

I am proud of myself, I did not sign up to be the hostess chairperson for next year's luncheon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now, if I can make it through the next 3 meetings with the same strength! Haha! I've been craving carbs so badly lately. The more you eat them, the worse the cravings are. I think all of you know that as well. The question is, WHY do I eat them in the first place? ?? I've got the next few nights dinner covered, with left overs so I'm looking forward to some good workouts to occupy the cooking time. Yippee!!!!
