I found this recipe by searching Google. Haven’t tried it, but it should produce moist and flavorful Chicken breasts IF they are tested and removed from the oven when they are 165° internal temperature. Interesting that on the Blue and Purple plans these are only 1 SmartPoints value for the 3/4 tsp. of olive oil. diethood.com/oven-baked-chicken-breasts/

I've been brining chicken for years. It works just great.
We will brine our turkey for Thursday also.

itsrad, I’d done it before, but didn’t recall it being especially tasty. DebDoesWW, I brined chicken tonight and used her spice rub and it came out juicy and tasty.

One thing to keep in mind is that some chicken is already injected with a sodium mixture. So brining may be overkill.
