Good Morning! Looking forward to a Terrific Tuesday!! Tracked my meals for the day including Snacks...I hate to admit but it does help me daily to stay on the Purple Plan by knowing my 0 Point foods and how many points I can spare if I want something different ~ making it a Terrific day! Running out of time but will try to peek in later - Linds is home tonight - I have really missed that Girl - and I'm making chicken over brown rice w/broccoli for dinner tonight - All good!

Good morning!
Thanks for starting us off today, Christine! Leaving shortly for Track Tuesday...get in some movement before the long drive to Los Angeles area. I got most of my packing done last night so will come home, take a shower, pack up cosmetics, make sure DH has what he needs (it's good to double-check) and then we will head out. A big storm is coming in with a few feet of snow for the mountains and it may snow as low as our house...will most likely be melted (if we get any) by the time we get home on Saturday. So glad though for the ski resorts and families that planned a ski trip months ago.
Carole: Sounds like you had a great plan for the day...hope it all went as you expected (I would think so though--you all have this down!) I am so glad to hear that you can rely on your helpers to take care of their part. How is Matt feeling now? Any better? I have been thinking about him. Hope that today is another good day for you--were you able to track yesterday? It's hard on days like that! Thanks for your kind words...I spoke with DS20 yesterday and he turned in the project and it sounds like he is moving on. He still might ask to talk to her to explain things a bit (I think that he should). We'll see.
Christine: You are on a roll---great job with your tracking and it sounds like purple is really a great choice for you! I agree--nice to know where you can change things up by having that food list. Yay for Linds being home tonight!! Hope that you have a good day! Dinner sounds great!
Shelly: How great to have Michael and the family there--nice to have that to look forward to! Hope that you got some good rest last night.
Okay, signing off...will maybe check in from the road. The next days I plan to check in, but it might be a bit hit-and-miss. Hope that you all have a good day---I plan to track over these next days...no matter what!

Morning Christine, Gabrielle and all to come...ended up running some errands after work and by the time I got home I was beat. Got everything organized to make two more pumpkin rolls tonight...based on my "trial run" on Sunday I should be done by 8:00 pm if I get started right at 5:00 or so....no dilly dallying leaving work today!!
Really am out of the loop now...been 3 or more days since I read anything....I started to read last night and fell asleep...woke up, watched the finally of Dancing with the Stars, then fell asleep in the recliner again....wandered to bed at 3:00 am and slept like a rock until Jason's alarm went off at 5:15, then tossed and turned until mine went off an hour later!
Hope all have a great day...safe travels to anyone hitting the road!
Carole....hope the pie baking is moving along smoothly!!

Good morning! My scale does need a new battery so I will take care of that when I get home and get a real reading. 3 attempts this morning varied from a 1 pound to 10 pound loss LOL!
Got my blood drawn and then coffee and veggie egg white wrap at Dunkin. Time for work....

Good Morning
I sure am enjoying my vacation. I went to the eye DR's yesterday, I haven't been in 5 years so I was due. I told him about my eye's weeping all the time, I thought it was allergies but it turns out it's dry eye syndrome so now I have to take eye drops 3 times a day. I took my first dose last night and so far so good this morning. I'm sticking my turkey in the brine this afternoon and get that going. I went to get my 2nd dose of my shingles shot and they were all out of the vaccine, how does that happen to a pharmacy?
Gabrielle have a safe trip to LA. We are going to get pretty chili up here going to be 19 degree's on Saturday morning and calling for posible snow maybe. Yes I just saw all the rain going to come into your area as well as our later on this week. I hope you enjoy your family time this week.
Christine yeah to Lindsey coming home today. Sounds like the purple plan is really working out for you, keep on going sister.
Carole enjoy your vacation week as well, sounds like your relaxing taking naps and such.
Sue saw you running through.
Hello to Lisa and Shelly hope all is well with you two
OK need to run for now I hope to get back a little later today.

OK...actually a bit ahead of schedule I think....2nd roll is in the oven, 1st is cooling...got the cream cheese softening on the counter to make the filling....will need to cool the rolls for a bit but once the 2nd cake is out of the oven I have a little more breathing room. I have some shrimp I need to cook tonight so it doesn't spoil, then I need to make a quick batch of chocolate coated puffed corn....it's sinfully yummy and so easy! The production office decided to do an impromptu "thanksgiving lunch"....I thought quick and opted to go easy and bring a "sweet treat" for the day! Will take about 10-15 minutes to make so it will work for me!
Hope to at least read the posts of the past few days so I know what is going on....might get a chance to come back for a few personals!
