Day 28 - Get Ready to Weigh In
Tomorrow marks the end of your second week of dieting! Calculate your change in weight, add a new dot to your graph, and connect the dots!
However… Beck says:
Don’t even think about trying to skimp on food today in order to have a more favorable outcome tomorrow.
How is your relationship with the scale? What have you learned this week?

How is your relationship with the scale? The scale and I are fine...I would like it to tell me that I weigh less but it is what it is
What have you learned this week? Reminded of many things...that thoughts are not facts and that I have power over my thoughts is top of the list

I am at peace with the scale, mostly.
I like seeing the other participants' views, struggles and ways to cope. Inspiring and gives me good ideas.

I'm somewhat at peace with the scale but I do have an emotional reaction when I get the read-out each morning. irisinnia, Good week. You did a great job. I enjoy reading about how others handle different situations, gives me ideas. I learned that I need to pay more attention to my thoughts and to learn to talk back to them some more.

The scale tells me the truth. I've come to accept it. When I follow the plan to the letter (with a few fudges, but not much) I lose weight like nobody's business. When I don't...I don't.
