If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit.
After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went.

I am really getting in the fruits and vegetables as I once did not...not sure if it is the wfpb vegan challenge I did for 21 days or this challenge but it is definitely working. I am not thinking about points/calories in these foods so am eating them. Now to cut back on the OTHER food
This season is a tricky one filled with festivities, fun and food. Here's to all of us weathering it!
Did have some wine & not enough water. We hosted a big meal for the crowd and it was a great day. Ate carefully and had small portions but it's real food without "diet" shortcuts. Real sugar in the cakes that were baked, etc. Great food, great people and a warm and happy gathering. I was up on the scale this morning but that was not unexpected. even up I'm below goal so I'm glad I had a cushion. My weigh in is tomorrow morning. I've recovered today from all the work. Let's make today a beautiful day!
