Winter can be a difficult time to motivate yourself to exercise when perhaps all you want to do is hibernate on your sofa till Spring. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it! WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20.

I finally got office 2016 on my oc and mac for 9.95 a month.my Marie osmonds choice nutrisystem shipped. i like her program jut 2 foods I not. the tuna salad because of the mayonnaise primarily. I hope there re not too many in the package. My trust paid for it. I am doing it for variety. on my cvc card. I got 10 packages each is 20 days. I think if I have it each day it will last 6 months. So I hope they come each one of the 10 boxes is being shipped separately. with 10 tracking numbers. I wanted variety wi eat 2 eggs scrambled eggs with it fruit yogurt hot cocoa. Will be interesting how many points the program each day will be. I have the nutritional information of each food. So I can input the information in. marie Osmond has a bonus of shakes 14 o them in a package. They are about 150 calories. If points are lower enough I will also have some peanut butter with healthy life;

Amy, sounds like you have a good plan, I hope it works out for you and especially that you enjoy it!
I went to the gym yesterday for spinning class. I'm thinking of taking a DOR for today as I've done at least a spinning class a day since last Thursday plus lifted weights twice. Then tomorrow I'll lift weights and do a spinning class, maybe 2 spinning classes if I get up early enough.
I see the podiatrist today. Cross your fingers for me that he'll allow me to start walking on the TM and/or trying out the elliptical machine and the rowing machine. I've had major progress in the last 3 weeks with my foot and the knee too. I have most of my range of motion back, all except my big toe, but still need my foot to be stronger. It would be soooooo nice to be able to do something because the stationery bike!

Woohoo! I'm cleared for weight bearing activites! Well, as long as I ease into them and don't over do it!
