Still on our trip to San Francisco and nothing but eating out. I'm ready to get back to routine tomorrow.
Today:
sausage Mcmuffin Dinner at fairmont hotel on nob hill (burger with tomato and white cheddar and onion and lardons with truffle fries and glass of prosecco and glass of Chardonnay)

Btw yesterday was even more indulgent:
The inside of a club sandwich and a few fries 3 glasses prosecco Scoop of vanilla bean ice cream on a slice of duck fat pecan pie (called the duck yeah sundae...haha autocorrect sure loves its duck in place of you know what so it was a hilarious reference) Few spoonfuls of chocolate pot de creme Inside of a cheeseburger with fries
Just too much.
I'm going full on strict keto for the week when I'm back considering I have someone's surprise 40th birthday party in Las Vegas next weekend.

B: Hot 8 grain cereal mixed with chia pudding, dried fruit and coffee to drink
L: Fried potato, hummus, lettuce, tomato, pickle sandwich in Lebanese bread - diet pepsi
D: Wrap made in Lebanese flat bread filled with leftover spinach/bulgur/onion mixture. Persimmons and a bit of the homemade quince jam on bread
(scale was down this morning..a bit)
