B: whole grain high fiber toast topped with a tbsp of creamy peanut butter and homemade quince jam. Coffee made from freshly ground coffee beans
L: Soaked Makhlouta (mixture of beans and grains) and will boil with potatoes, carrots and some fried onions...probably some tomato sauce, too.
S: 2 dates and 5 peanuts
D: Actually had a loaf/pita of Lebanese bread with some leftover spinach, bulgur and onion with a bit of leftover tomato sauce, garbanzos and Italian seasoning. I might have some fruit later... TBD (I have some zucchini and cauliflower...might do the cauliflower steamed with grain and taratour -tahini with lemon and garlic- or come up with something else entirely.. Also have lettuce so???

Ok the Oyster Bay mussels were disgusting lol. We ended up ordering tortellini from a local Italian place and splitting an order because the serving is huge. Stayed in my points, but too many carbs.
