Oh boy 😟 +2 this morning.
Culprits:
Thanksgiving Salon Christmas Party
It was so good to see all the salon girls yesterday, several were there that don't work with us anymore. At the end we all sat around the dining room table "dessert table" and ate desserts together talking and laughing.. I'm afraid to guess how many hundreds of points that was. Stomach feels it, looking forward to a clean day.
Got to tighten the reins this week. Only challenge is my husband's bday.

That's the great thing about WW. We can jump right back in and these temporary gains are off by the next weigh-in. You guys have this!!
*I just want to add for anyone reading this, the easiest way for a few pound gain to turn into a 10 pound gain is to see a gain and get discouraged. Don't let that happen!!
Join the daily menu thread, join the daily check in thread, check out any of the daily threads we have here, anything for accountability and to keep your head in the game for this month especially.
Challenge yourself to journal everything that goes into your mouth for the month. Make this the first year you don't have a 5-10 pound holiday gain. Ring in the New Year with a LOSS!!! 🎉

I surprisingly did not gain on the SF trip. Of course the 3 extra pounds from a couple weeks ago are still here but I'm glad last weekend didn't cause more gain!
Today I brought a planned carb controlled lunch and got on the treadmill this morning and ran.
I leave for Vegas on Friday so going to stay strict with myself through then knowing I will have too much alcohol and cake on the weekend.

I did my monthly weigh-in this morning. The WW scale was teetering between a 0# loss and -0.2#; the guide gave me the benefit of the doubt. As was the case last week I was over 1# heavier today than yesterday. But my loss for the month (4 weeks) is 4.6# so it is heading in the righr direction and averages just over 1# a week.
