How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

Lots of up and down the stairs and other things - no idea how many minutes but did keep active. Today we will shop and I have sweeping to do before daughter arrives in Beirut at 10pm.

Dusted and swept and put things away and moved furniture and such - at least 3 hours and perhaps 4... in about 3 hours we will drive to the airport - looking forward to sitting down for a bit

Yesterday was weightlifting class. I walked the supermarket and down to a store at the other end of the plaza. Walked in place for 10 min while waiting for my meeting to start. Only had to do 15 minutes in front of the tv to finish up.

OK yesterday I walked 20'. I Also biked 45 minutes.

I did have some dedicated walking but I was too keyed up because I was having a problem with my heater to start the stopwatch function on my Vivofit.
Got problem with heater worked out.
