L: mahkloota and a salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber with lemon/olive oil/garlic dressing
S: mixed nuts (1/4 cup?)
D: white bean hummus and arugula in pita bread + basmati rice topped with zoodles/tomatoes/onions/garlic
Might have some fruit later

Coffee with powdered milk (yuck...I ran out of cream and just using whatever work has)
Taco meat with roasted yellow squash, roasted pablano pepper, guacamole and sour cream and a bit of cheddar. I brought a head of lettuce as well to layer the stuff on
I'm going to the store today to buy ingredients for crustless quiche and more salad.
