Breakfast Coffee w/SFCM 1/2 of Blueberry-Cream “Cromuffin”*
Lunch Pepperidge Farms cookies Milk Turkey Soup
I know, I know—but my blood sugar dove deep twice this morning and drastic measures were called for. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it!
Dinner TBD - Heading to a farewell reception, so maybe some finger food
Snacks Diet Coke Water
* I found this at an Asian-French fusion bakery when I went to buy bread. It is a “muffin” made from Croissant dough and filled with a blueberry-infused cream and blueberries. I sliced it in half because the display card gave the calories and 1/2 was about the same as a chocolate croissant.
