Ann, I will have another OP day trying to move, track and hydrate. Iβve made my to do list of errands and chores. It should be a clear day so I can walk outside once or twice. Iβve started baking cookies but making less than usual. I havenβt tasted them and they are now in the freezer. Dinner is a WW crock pot lentil soup. Happy OP Monday everyone.

I will be mindful and thankful
My daughter arrives tonight late. She is on antibiotics so not having wine (maybe) on the plane. She had strep and is also taking benadryl due to congestion and not wanting her ear drums to rupture on take off or landing. Anyway, her room is ready except the bathroom and all she will have to do is head upstairs, take a shower (if she wants one - need to turn the water heater on for a few hours this afternoon so the water will be hot) and crawl into bed. I will have a bottle of wine if she wants to have a glass before she sleeps.
It is cold and rainy and dark but it will be a happy day in spite of the weather.
MJ: I am sure that everyone in YM is thankful for all you do and how organized you are!
ANN: or should I say Ann Marie? I can't complain about the cold here...not really...although since we don't turn the heat on it can get cold inside and we usually end up in multiple layers.
SUSI: Hooray for the reset button after nachos (or whatever one indulges in).
BECKY: Droughts are horrible and so are floods. It seems that the drough situation sets up for floods and mudslides and one can't get ahead.
BEE: I think that people give discounts hoping to sell or to sell MORE? Hope the new eye drop helps!
AUDREY: My husband came home with a flat - not a dozen - eggs and said he bought it even knowing we might not need them because perhaps I would want to bake cookies and cakes while our daughter is here....hmm...what kind of cookies will you bake?
PAM: Hope you had a wonderful day!
LADONNA: How fun to spend a few hours with Jayleigh - mess or not
The cat is meowing wanting to come inside and hubby is not sympathetic. I do wish her mother was still here...no idea what happened to her They could keep one another company. If I lived alone the cat WOULD be inside.

Good morning, Ann - Audrey - Becky - Cathy - and AWF!
Prayers continue for all ailing and/or stressed posters and loved ones... and thank you for your prayers for me and my family... especially for the Mouseketeer...
βββββββββ
Every time I think about changing out the snowflakes and umbrellas, that's what the weather does... raining now; snow supposed to be coming, perhaps affecting Wednesday's YM drill and holiday party (must find out whether we'll be able to get into the hall at night if the weather affects the school day). The new avatar shows the YM's 13 latest graduates - the Class of 2019-2 - in the front row. In the back row, 3rd from right, is the Kressling, who was in the founding Class of 2018-1, along with the YM to his left and the really short one on the far right.
DivaTaxi. MHMR. I am strongly thinking of canceling have canceled my PT session at LA-F. MH-ASR (it's Monday).
I'm trying to recover from the weekend before this week's activities, YM and otherwise, kick in. My legs - my whole body - aches. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but I do need some down time. And I also still need to sit with the Kress calendar for December; that just doesn't seem to be getting done and the month is almost half over.
Time for coffee... βββ...
βββββββββ Have a healthy-eating day, all! βββββββββ

Good morning all, I stayed up too late last night with Laken watching a new series on Netflix - sleepy this morning at work. Have some of the day planned but not all. Need to work on that. Our Middle School's principal passed away this weekend and everyone is upset this morning He worked on Friday and passed away during the night Friday/Sat. Gonna be a long week. Ann, great plan to get those cookies in the freezer Hope weather will permit for an outdoor walk. Audrey, good for you getting those cookies in the freezer. The lentil soup sounds comforting and warming. enjoy. Becky, hopefully the stores won't be too crazy on a Monday morning. Great plans to start the week. Cathy, sorry you can't bring your kitty indoors like you want to. I hope your daughter is feeling better by the time she arrives for her visit and you two can have a wonderful visit. MJ, good for you canceling. sounds like you need a little time to catch your breath. Susi, sometime too many options get me in trouble glad to hear Midnight is adjusting.

LaDonna so sorry to hear about your Middle school's principal passing. So hard but especially this time of the year (((hugs))) Hope you get a good sleep in tonight. Well looks like I'll be in for the entire day. It's pouring out there. Made one batch of cookies and they are now cooling off. Carl is making rum cake. We like that but mostly give it away LOL. I have the tree lit and Christmas music playing. Very festive

There is no rain but it is foggy so tempting to want to stay indoors. We walked the dog and I will do the errands. The fog is not that bad just gloomy and damp. Becky, I hope Walmart isn't too crowded this morning. Cathy, enjoy your daughter's visit. I hope she feels better. I make a few kinds of cookies, less and less every year. Today it is miniature black bottom cupcakes with a chocolate base and cream cheese topping. A popular one is Nutmeg Noels basically a snickerdoodle with added nutmeg. Ann, freezing the cookies works well and I just take out what I need for family or gifts. Susi, I am glad Midnight is adjusting. MJ, you should be very proud of those YM graduates. I hope you can recover from your weekend. LaDonna, I am so sorry to hear about the school principal. June, I hope all is well and Bee, I hope your eye is better. Pam, wishing for a blue day for you and all of us.

At least you can get out and about running errands, Audrey. Still pouring here on and off. Just a nasty day. I'm accomplishing a lot though so it's all good.
I put the rest of the beef stew in the crockpot and it's simmering away. That will be an easy supper.

Cathy I hope your daughter feels better so both of you can enjoy her visit. That does seem to be true about droughts and floods.Tomorrow's rain won't get us out of the drought but it will be a cold(for us),rainy and windy day.
MJ I'm glad you cancelled your PT session and there will be a place for the holiday party.I hope you get rested.
Ann I'm glad your temps are warmer. It got up to 82 here but tomorrow it will be nowhere near that.So far tomorrow sounds like a good stay in day if the forecast holds up.I have the ceiling fan on today.Tomorrow I will have the heater on.I am glad you have gotten a lot accomplished.Beef stew sounds good.
Susi I'm glad Carol drove to feed the ferals so you didn't have to go in the rain.I'm glad Midnight is slowly adjusting.
Pam I'm glad you enjoyed your workout.
LaDonna I'm so sorry about the school principal. The stores weren't bad today.
Audrey I hope you were able to do your errands.
