Awesome job on the weight loss, Audrey. You rock Praying your sweating and uneasy feeling goes away. Enjoy the Christmas luncheon. We have plenty of sunshine so hopefully the temps will rise and some of the snow will melt. That would be great!

Back from getting my manicure and pedicure. Came out really nice. Picked out a pretty red with sparkles. Makes me when I look at them.

Checking in late this sunny day. I got a work out in this morning then ran several errands. Am now home and relaxing before we head to choir. KOKO with meal planning and tracking as well as hydrating, moving and smiling. I’ve got this as I continue aiming for blue.

Bee Always good goals. We had a 100% chance of ran yesterday and just got enough to be messy.I bet those flashing lights did bother your eye.I hope it gets better soon.I'm glad the new drops are working.
Audrey I hope you enjoyed your luncheon.I hope the night sweats and anxiety go away soon.It can make you feel off I know.Congrats on your loss.
Cathy I know you are enjoying having DD there.
June It's nice you are finding a little time to drop in again.Great goals.Baby steps to a new normal are always good.Glad R will get his hearing aids paid for.
MJ I hope you were able to do a few errands and enjoy the YM holiday party.
Susi I know it takes cats time to adjust.Midnight will learn to adjust as will the others.
Ann I hope you didn't get too much of a wintry mix.We didn't get down to freezing as expected but did get down to 39.More 30's tomorrow for a low but will warm up more during the day as it did today.I think it got up to 56.

Good job getting your workout in, Pam. I can see you smiling as you aim for blue Becky we didn't get much in the form of a wintry mix. It was just messy. I did take a messy short hood walk but by the time I got home I was a bundle of nerves and my back and neck were killing me. I tend to 'tense up' when it's slick out. Just call me a klutz when it comes to slippery conditions. I'm too afraid to fall. tomorrow we have 0 percent chance of snow or rain. Temps will be hi 32 low 21 with the sun/cloud mixture. Usually Carl goes out first with LuLa. Tomorrow I shall ask him if it's a good idea to join him on a second walk. I have a few things to pick up at Walmart, so I can always walk in there where it's safe I envy your your 56 weather!

LaDonna We had to buy groceries this morning too.We did that before my PT session.
Audrey LOL on Indiana getting mad at Bob.Kenneth calls our cats my cats because one will come around him a little but the other one just tolerates him.LOL.I doubt your scale is broken.Perhaps you aren't eating as much due to the stress.
Ann I'm glad you were able to get out for your mani/pedi.Sounds like your nails are all ready for Christmas.
Pam Good for you getting in a workout.
I went to PT this morning and since my hips are also weak she had me working on that some today and I don't know if she had me do too much or I overdid the stretches myself but my right hip is sore.I am to do stretches 2 x day instead of once a day.I think I still see her on Friday but next week I was able to make appointments with the one I felt is a better fit for me.She was concerned my muscles were still so tight so I'm hoping it's just something I'm doing wrong when I do my housewalking of she said it could be the WATP video keeping my hamstrings and IT Band tight.

Becky my experience with PT is that it doesn't take much to get pushed 'over the edge'. Unfortunately with me the pain was always the next day or when I got home....never there! I'm happy that you were able to schedule appointments with the PT person that is a better fit. Maybe putting ice and heat on it will help. Audrey your weather is awesome also. I'll take some of that 50's heat

Audrey, I sure hate you're not feeling better...I hope this too shall pass and soon. Congrats on the fabulous WL Ann, Laken got a similar red sparkle color on her nails and they are so pretty. Becky, hope you get the tightness figured out and that PT can help you. Susi, that makes sense that the older pets are set in their ways ... I can relate LOL hope they are all best of friends very soon.
