Christine: So you are working from the library today? Wow, sounds like the healing is going well! Boo to the Prince calling you and to DH's employer as well. That's just terrible! I love that you asked your DSIL to come to your house---she must be so relieved to have some time away from it all. So sorry to here about DMIL...sounds like a rough thing to deal with (but, unfortunately, not uncommon). I can't believe that Carly will be a senior next year! The time sure has flown by. LOL about her restlessness....yes, she needs to learn to just sit! My DS17 is the same way. You are a patient lady spending that much time on a puzzle...even if I was confined to sitting, not sure that I could stick with it that long! Your meal plan for today sounds great! Wow, how great that your neighbor sent all of that food home with the girls! It sounded so yummy too. So glad that Dragon Lady took the lead and that you are taking this week off You deserve it! Lisa: Oh, I am so sorry that DD cancelled the dinner plans. Very disappointing I am sure....and so frustrating when it is out of your control. Glad that everyone will be safe though and, as Carole said, what a nice way to start the new year! Glad that you can get in some extra hours to offset the costs of gifts. It's amazing how quickly it all adds up.

Sue: Wow, I was feeling so badly for you as I read over your days of posts---sounds like you really hit a rough patch. I am sure that it didn't help that you were so stretched at work too....so then you are at work being stressed and thinking of all the stuff you need to get done at home---it's a double-whammy. Hope that things are calming not. Your trifle sounds so good! Love that you have individual servings ready to go too. So, the tool that I use on my cell phone is Google Voice Typing. It is the default "speech to text" option on my Samsung phone and it really works well. I have only used it on my phone. So, I love Carole's idea of putting the lights on the tree and making it a family thing to put up the ornaments on Christmas Eve---what a cool tradition that would be! I remember from years past how much you enjoy the glow of the lights Sorry to hear about DSB's plans changing and the big move--sounds like a nice situation for everyone though (including Pat). Hope that your day is feeling productive! Good for you for not eating the stress! Nadine: Wow, that little Sidney is really challenging you! I still remember the puppy months--uggh. I don't envy you! He is so darned cute though.... Glad that you and DD got to visit college choice #2. I am sure that it will all work out, but I know that it is hard to try to figure them out. I need to tell you how much I love your reflective posts. You are in such a healthy, honest place and I could learn from it! Tomorrow is your "Friday" right? Yay!

Well...I typed a post this morning but I guess I forgot to hit send!!
Do OK at lunch today...know I will see lots of "red" on my tracker but our Christmas lunch comes once a year! Took very small portions of the stuff I knew was really bad for me and piled on the veggies!! Did enjoy the deviled eggs...I never get them so I probably ate more than I needed to, but Mark's wife makes AWESOME deviled eggs! I look so forward to them each year!
My trifle was a hit and I shared leftovers around to some of the pressmen and other people who just happen to walk by me....have two at home that Jason can enjoy!!
Need to stop at the store tonight to get a sympathy card and a couple other things...then home to get the gifts wrapped for tomorrow's exchange in the office....should be a short night of prepping and planning so all is well!
Will pop in if I can...honestly, I hope I fall asleep in the chair at about 8pm and sleep until morning...I need to get some good sleep!
Waves to all!

Uggh...I got interrupted, just came back and lost my post.
Jenny: I am SO glad to hear that the boss recognizes how important it is to give his employees bonuses---especially after such a good year. He knows that you all are the reason it works. It's so nice too that the extra funds can maybe help with some of the worries that you've had--maybe getting that rental ready to sell? Nice that it worked for Audrey to stay home! Was she scared? Happy 80th to your mom! It sounds like you had a nice evening--loved the picture on FB! So, will you get your "time" charm at WW on Saturday? I think that this might be the day that we hit the "6". Hope that you are having a good week. How are things going with Siobhan's husband?
Shelly: Hmm....so sorry that you have been so tired. I hope that all is well. I am sure that this is a busy time at the store. Maybe you can just string up some lights and forget the tree? Maybe just the lights will make it feel like the holidays. Hope that you get some rest soon.

Jo: That's right! I remember now about your annual Pittsburgh trip. So glad that you get a shorter week to head out! Is the weather decent for traveling? Glad that the washer started working. I do have to say though, one of the most productive days I have ever had was the day I used the laundromat (when our washer broke). I took my laptop with me and just sat there, uninterrupted, and worked. I could have read a book though instead....it's not so bad! Plus there was some interesting people watching (I am easily entertained). Hope that you are having a good day. Kids finish today? Okay, now I am finally signing off. Tonight we hope to see the lights with my sister and her two boys. The have a LOT of energy so they might not be able to sit in the car for too long....I will try to check in later, but it might not be until tomorrow. Have a good afternoon/evening. I hope that Sue falls asleep in the recliner

Good evening...Been trying to log on for some time now. Finally logged me on. Not sure what is going on with my computer. Was giving me fits on other website too. Oh well it's working now so hope it's all good now
Carole thanks for starting us off this morning. Am going to do my best to get through personals tonight. Need to go back and track what I have ate today. Think it should be pretty good. I haven't tracked much at all since vacation. Such bad habits start when I go on vacation. Don't know why I can't stick with it better.
Did you make it to the grocery store tonight? Hope it wasn't to chaotic tonight with Christmas right around the corner. We will be closed on Christmas Day and close early on Christmas Eve. Love it when we get to close for a holiday. Glad you was able to get so much accomplished yesterday on your "sick day" Hope you can get the rest of your stuff finished up in the next day or two. Glad you are feeling good about things. Yes I believe that clutter can change the way a person feels about themselves. I too am covered up with clutter and just don't seem to find the energy to change it.
Christine Oh so sad about DSIL mother. That would be so exhausting. Hope things get better soon for them. Nice of you to invite her to stay later for some wine and R&R. Sounds like just what the Dr ordered. Oh wow can't believe the prince couldn't even wait a day to call you. Hope the supervisor took care of the problem. Glad you ws able to get out with DD for a bit yesterday. Sounds like DD was glad to have you around to take her places.
Gabrielle glad you got some biking in on Sunday. Hope you was able to let go of some of the stress even if just for a bit. You just amaze me in all the WO you manage to get done.
Jenny glad the snow is gone. We barley got any here it defiantly doesn't do to much snowing here anyway. It was a very dry snow this time. DH and I are not exchanging any gifts this year. We have to get some bills paid instead.
Sue it's about 8 and I am falling asleep. Fixing to go to bed soon.
Gabrielle I will get something up for Christmas before the kids come over but sure won't do to much.
Ok I am out for tonight. Hope to catch up tomorrow
