Karen, thanks for the start. Have a good Osteo session. Have fun at Kohl’s and TJ’s.
Waving to the rest of the gang.
I slept well last night, so I had a good workout and I vacuumed. I am not sure what I am going to do with the rest of the day. Maybe catch up on some shows. I am behind on the Masked Singer. I should sit at the desk and do some things but I am not feeling it. My calendar is filling up for next week, so I think I will just kick back today.
Have a great Thursday.

Dsil and husband are coming in Jan for a week in hotel because his sister her is finally in home hospice palliative care for cancer she has been fighting two years. We will see a lot of dsil. He keeps to himself a lot and will try to spend time with his sister.
Lin's catering is going our for early light supper because cleaner is here and kitchen is not getting messed up right away!
We picked a large flat rate box full of Meyer lemons and I sent it to dsil back near Albany. You squeeze them into ice cube trays and then cubes into zip lock, use them as needed! Nice to pop into water with honey then microwave if you have a cough.

Chele, it's a really pretty pink sweater, so I figured I had better get a good photo before it gets covered in mud stains that I can't get out. Did you enjoy your "unstructured day", as a friend of mine would call it? Good time to take a day if your schedule will be so full next week. Did you get caught up on the Masked Singer?
Professional and lots of college sporting events are so expensive, Linda. I hope your DSIL will be arriving after all the local bowl games have concluded and all the fans have gone home. Sorry about her SIL being in hospice palliative care. I have a friend back in NC who is only 54 and is in the same boat. So sad, but there are so much more options now than there used to be. DSIL will appreciate those lemons. They will probably be fresher than the stuff they get in the grocery store, even if you don't get them in the mail for a couple of days. Congrats on the gel shots beginning to take affect. How was the turkey divan? Good to finish your museum project since you will have a few weeks off due to holiday events.
Kathy, that's so sad about the citrus groves. I guess it's a miracle that most of the citrus we get in the stores is still from the US. Isn't Festivus a Seinfeld thing?
We don't have a Kohls locally, Becky, but there are a couple not far from Osteo. They usually have some good sales but not 50% off. Did your therapist give you any theories about why your hamstrings and IT bands were so tight? I hope increasing your stretches will help to ease the tightness. Do you have PT again tomorrow? My right IT band was really kicking up a fuss today, so I need to use the TENS unit when I settle on the couch for the evening.
Liz, you just have to get through one more work day this week. How's it going?
I had a busy, busy trip today. I stopped at Marble Slab Creamery to order a couple of ice cream cupcakes for Christmas dinner and they no longer make them. So now I don't know what to do for dessert and Dale is getting surly and just saying "don't do anything." He needs to get over it. I did find another Cuddl Duds at Kohls and it wasn't exactly the style or color I wanted but it was the only one they had so I bought it anyway. I had a big Trader Joe's trip and got some chocolate hummus I am anxious to try, along with some Winter Wassail that has currant juice as one of the ingredients. I'm going to try that warm tomorrow. I also got a couple boxes of frozen appetizers that we will have on New Year's Eve. I stocked up on sprouted tofu and a few other things so I won't have to go back until after the 1st of the year. That will be good because there is a mall and several shopping centers in the area so traffic is crazy around there. I will most likely go to Earth Fare next week, which is much easier to get in and out of. Osteo is open the day after Christmas and January 2nd, so I won't have to reschedule any appointments. YAY!

Chele, hope you were able to relax and catch up on some shows.
Linda, the Meyer lemons are the best. Great idea on freezing the juice in cubes. Sorry to hear about the SIL's illness.
Karen, there are still a lot of groves further south and in other parts of the country. Hopefully, they'll find a solution for the greening disease. Yes, Festivus is from Seinfeld. Sorry to hear about the ice cream cupcakes being discontinued. I can highly recommend the raspberry elegance cake from Publix. They usually sell slices of it and it freezes well. Add some good vanilla ice cream to it and that would make a great Christmas dessert.
Waving to Liz and Becky. It looks like it should be cold outside, but it's not. It's been drizzling all day.

Thanks for the start Karen.
Chele Kicking back sounds like a good idea.
Linda I'm sorry about DSIL's SIL.I don't blame you for not wanting to mess up the kitchen.
Karen Does the tens unit help your IT band? Both of my IT bands are tight and hamstrings. They really don't have any idea why but that's keeping my knees hurting.I did the stretches twice today and I think it hurts more. She also wanted me to hold each stretch for 1 minute instead of 30 seconds each so I'm trying to get used to that.Yes I have PT tomorrow plus we need to go to HEB and Walmart.I ordered a lumbar pillow from Amazon to see if that helps my hips and it came today so time will tell on that.
Kathy The sun didn't come out here until this afternoon so it only got up to 62 but Sunday it may get up to 80.Then another cold front coming in on Monday.
We went to Taylor today so I could go to my monthly WI at WW.I was down 2.6 from November's WI so I guess the green plan is agreeing with me.I do need to start adding maintenance points in now though. We ate at McDonald's afterwards.I like their Southwestern salad with the SW dressing and skip the chicken and Kenneth likes their bacon quarter pounder. The meeting is at 12:30 so we will always have to eat out somewhere and at least it's just once a month.
