Celebrating closing of a company deal this morning. Meant boxes and boxes of donuts. My weakness. I had one donut and I refuse to indulge in another one!
Wasn't able to pack lunch today so thinking of walking over to target for lunches for the week. Salad and cold cuts.

I slept late and didnโt have any โhandyโ breakfast foods like WW breakfast cookies. I was scheduled for a blood test after my WW meeting so left early to get the test done before the meeting. Then I discovered that I was supposed to be fasting (Iโd had coffee with SF Coffee Mate). So test postponed. I picked up some Nature Valley granola bars and had a pack of those with my coffee before the meeting began.
Breakfast: Coffee w/SFCM Nature Valley crunchy granola bars Banana
Lunch: Ground beef, kidney bean, and canned pea stew Brown rice Skim milk
Dinner:
Snacks: Diet Coke Water
