So very sorry for the death of your friend's DH. I shall keep all involved in my prayers.
Macular degeneration is a little worse. Got a new script for glasses. She put new plugs in my eyes and I have a follow up in 6 months.
Time to relax from doctor visits.

Audrey I hope you enjoy your mani/pedi.It sounds like you are still plenty busy after cutting back.
June It's good to see you again.Yes it did get cold for us this morning. Our low was 33 and tomorrow it may get down to 30.At least the sun is out.Great goals and good luck with R's appointments.
Cathy I hope your daughter can get your DH's info done online.Continue to enjoy her visit. When you have arthritis in a joint it is an excellent predictor of weather changes.
MJ Be safe out there in the rain.Just say no.
Susi My refill is finally ready. We will leave for town after our friend who is here helping Kenneth with some errands leaves.I did my stretches before my WATP video this morning and that helped but now I'm hurting again after doing some house walking so I have the heating pad on my legs.My knee is better than yesterday but I have a long way to go.I'm sorry about your gym friend's husband. It's always sad but especially this time of year.

Another busy workday - finding it hard to stay OP :{ Need to do better. If I can make it thru Thurs I plan on getting in lots of walks and cooking more and grabbing quick stuff less - Ann, sorry your eyes have gotten worse - hopefully they will stabilize. Hope the snow is not too deep and Carl doesn't have to dig everyone out Becky, hope the leg will loosen up soon and the pain will get better. Audrey, no worries at all - so sorry you have to go this. Praying for peace of mind and wellness restored. June, its so good to see you posting again MJ, thats a long "to do" good luck! Bee, praying your eye will be better. Susi, so sorry about your friends husband - prayers. Cathy, I work for a school district I will have from Dec. 19th until Jan 6 off

Ann I'm sorry your eyes have gotten worse.I hope the plugs help. Are they the ones for dry eyes?I have dry eyes but never had the plugs.
LaDonna Sorry work has been so busy. You can do it.The therapist said my leg will tighten back up each day and recommended taking a little massager to loosen it up throughout the day.I go back tomorrow for my last session for this week.I have two next week and on 12/30 they do a reassessment. She thinks they will continue with the therapy but this will give them a better idea of what I still need to work on.

LaDonna bet you can't wait for vacation.
Becky yes they are for dry eyes. Forgot to ask if they have permanent ones. This is the 3rd time I had them put in. They dissolve over time.
Finally the snow stopped. Carl went out a few times today. He's beat.

Audrey Judging from what you wrote, maybe realigning your holiday tasks is what is best for you. Sometimes I think it would be nice to have lil helpers. Susi What a shock for your friend & her family. My heart goes out to them. Losing a loved one without warning and do close to Xmas ... that intensifies the grief.
Ann Hope the plugs help your vision. Can not imagine.((Hugs))
Mj That does not sound good at all-- a list of the page!
Becky Will the PT eventually release the tighteness? Glad that the heating pad provides some temporary comfort.

June plugs help with the dry eyes. Nothing much I can do about the vision but keep taking the AREDS 2 vitamins.

Late check in, but I’m here and have been tracking, hydrating and moving today. I went to WW this morning which focused me and I am ready for this week before Christmas. I can do this😊 Sleep well tonight everyone.
