S - Usual coffee B - Hummus wrap with goat cheese and shredded carrots L - Roasted veggies and rf ranch in a pita D - Seared black bass, ajvar/mayo sauce, honeynut squash, either french green beans or brussel sprouts in the air fryer E - 30 minutes spin/25 minutes weights.
