Ha ha ha, Ann. We do need to "walk on by" more often than not in grocery stores. My friend & I met at Panera's, but I did not eat anything there. Of course, the bakery case was chocked full of treats. I could pass on the goodies since I had already eaten a filling spinach omelette & toast.

So sorry to hear about R upcoming additional surgery. I would more than pat myself on the back for not diving into sweets. Sending warm and soothing hugs prayers and vibes your way.
Funny the food I loved most was Panera Black Bean Soup. Last time I went there I was told they no longed carry it. Bummer. A friend sent me their copycat recipe. I've yet to make it.

Cathy I hope your DD enjoyed her cooking lesson.
MJ I hope you had sunshine today.Hope your lab work comes out okay.
Ann Yes the heating pad helps. The therapist was impressed there was improvement from Monday when the weather was cool and gloomy. She can tell I have been working on my stretches and massaging my muscles at home.It gave me a big lift and now I have hope I can continue to improve.I hope you enjoyed your errands.
LaDonna Yea on 2 more days. Thanks on the good wishes for the surgery when it happens.
Susi The right knee is pretty much bone on bone. However I have other issues surrounding the knee that's also causing some of the pain. They are working on loosening muscles and I have stretches to do at home. The surgeon thinks I am 1-2 yrs from needing the replacement so I'm hoping this will last for a year at least.Good idea to skip the pizza.
June Thanks.I did feel feel better today I was finally seeing some improvement.I am so sorry R needs another surgery. You deserve credit for eating an orange instead.I probably would have bought the chocolate.Prayers and (((hugs)))for both of you.
We were expecting a low of 31 this morning.Boy did they get that wrong. Our low was 19.That is too cold for Central TX.However the week of Christmas is expected to be warmer than normal.I don't think it will get out of the upper 70's next week but it is what it is.Another morning of freezing temps expected in the morning.

Becky so happy the heating pad is givibg you relief. Also great that the PT noticed and commented on your hard work and effort.
I started to read but my eyes were tired as well as my mind lol. Instead I took a nice nap.
Now, maybe I'll get some reading in.
