I can sit and reflect on how far I've come. Ten years ago today I had my first bc surgery. Still dealing with the aftermath. However I thank God I'm still fighting. Thank you for your continued support love and especially prayers

Ann Happy 10th anniversary and you have come a long way.Continued prayers.
Audrey Enjoy lunch with friends.I hope you feel better soon.
I will track, move and hydrate, string another OP day to the mix and go to PT.
June I don't know if the PT will completely loosen up the tightness but hopefully it will take away some of the pain and buy me more time before I get the knee replacement.

Good morning, Ann - Audrey - Becky - Cathy - and AWF!
Prayers continue for all ailing and/or stressed posters and loved ones... and thank you for your prayers for me and my family... especially for the Mouseketeer...
Extra prayers of thanksgiving for Ann, on this tenth anniversary...
⛅️🌤☀️🌤⛅️🌤☀️🌤⛅️
Yesterday's rainstorm is over and now, while it's going to be cold, there may actually be sunshine today 😎
DivaTaxi is off-duty (Son#1 is swapping today and tomorrow; tomorrow is their office holiday celebration). MHMR. Kressling after school (if he gets there; he was home yesterday after vomiting in the middle of the night, similar to what his dad had on Saturday). YM uniform inspection at 5:30 PM. The Kressling is scheduled for a soccer practice 8-10 PM (again, depends on how he is today).
Yesterday's fasting bloodwork went OK. They've completely remodeled the LabCorp office - what a surprise! I'll look up the results online before my PC appt on 12/24. The Mouseketeer's appt with DrK went OK, although he was ultra-bouncy. Cheerful, but LOTS of energy. LOTS. The next appt is 1/7. Toots' concert went well; they had a full and appreciative audience.
Today's list is shorter but must guard against One More Thing...
Sipping my coffee... ☕☕☕... enjoying the lights on the tree...
⛅️🌤☀️🌤⛅️🌤☀️🌤⛅️ Have a healthy-eating day, all! ⛅️🌤☀️🌤⛅️🌤☀️🌤⛅️

Good morning all and thank you for the happy 10 year wishes Today is going to be warmer and no snow. I'll take it. Not sure what's on the agenda. I know a trip to Hannaford's will happen at some point. MJ happy that your list is shorter. LOL to stopping the 'one more thing' Good luck with that! Hope your bloodwork comes out well. Cathy enjoy the cooking lesson with DD. Becky praying the PT kicks in and gives you some relief. Is the heating pad helping any? Audrey enjoy lunch with your two friends. Waving and will CBL

Happy 10th Anniversary Ann. It's come with a lot of ups and down but you're still here and supporting all of us! Enjoy our lunch with friends Audrey. Did you get a chance to talk to your doctor friend? Becky - Is knee replacement inevitable? Hope the PT buys you the time you need. Cathy - Enjoy cooking with your daughter and SIL. Hope the Kressling is feeling better. Isn't that rather late for soccer practice? Hope your results come back good. LaDonna - Good plan. All you can do is all you can do! I'm in, planned and tracked. Since I have events involving food for the next 4 days, I'll skip my normal pizza/take out tonight.

Isn't that rather late for soccer practice? 8 to 10 PM on a school night. In December. Yup. Yes indeed - it IS too late.

Great plans for healthy and or happy days-- Ann, Audrey, Becky, LaDonna, Mj, Susi, & Cathy!
Ann Sincere and many happy hip-hip hoorays for your 10-year anniversary and your fighting spirit. Thank you for your openess, compassion, and caring that builds "real" friendship in a virtual world. We appreciate you! Hope your outing was productive. Ha ha ha. . . I am hungry, so I am wondering I'd Hannaford's is a grocery store or restaurant. 😜
Audrey Seems like today will be a little less hectic for you. Sometimes I wonder how many holidays would happen w/o wives and mothers.
Becky Am hopeful that your pain will lessen and you can delay the surgery a little longer.
Mj Bless the lil Mouseketeer's bubbly energy, even though it can be tiring for adults. Hope the Kressling is recovered from that bug. If not, then I hope that he can rest tonight . Good luck w/ the bloodwork. Sending prayers.
LaDonna Countdown underway! One day closer! Susi Have fun at each event! Bet there will be something special at least one of those events that will make sacrificing pizza worthwhile.

Wednesday's goals Enjoy a nice dinner of lean pork loin, roasted carrots, salad, and Parmesan noodles.
Had a much- needed visit a friend. Was good to step away from my every day concerns. Lifted my spirits.
Discovered yesterday that R will need surgery for a pinched nerve in his right elbow. This morning I made an appt. with the hand/arm surgeon for Jan. 15th The hand surgeon is only in our area on Wednesdays. So it was a no go for December.unless I wanted to risk driving 60-75 mins. to Akron in holiday traffic in the winter. I did not want to risk injury to his neck in a car accident. So... we will wait. Plus he already has a Jan. 17th follow up in Akron for his neck surgery. Had to take some time yesterday to process this news. I actually started to the store to buy some chocolate. Instead I stopped at the recycling center , came home, and ate an orange. Am giving myself credit.
