I canβt quite reset like Ann. Our younger daughter is having a Christmas brunch from 9-11. She doesnβt invite her brothers and sisters but only our son-in-lawβs family. Bob and I are invited but he canβt stay long because he needs to work today. A lot of things have to close before the end of the year and they are complicated. Anyway, Iβll have fruit and coffee at home so I donβt arrive hungry. The older girls go out of town to their momβs tomorrow so thatβs why they celebrate Christmas today. This afternoon Iβm taking Nora for a haircut. Yesterday our son brought over turkey he made Saturday and weβll have enough for dinner with salad and vegetables. He also brought a pound of bacon he made.

Bee This is a foodie week for sure.
I will track, move and hydrate.I do have a PT session scheduled for 11:00 but we also need to buy enough groceries to make it through Christmas Day and with the kids out of school HEB will be packed.I may cancel appointment to be able to buy groceries before they are crazy busy.I will see how I feel after I wake up.

Been a good but long day. Church was nice and afterwards Randy and I rode to Sam's. Once we were home and unloaded he left to deer hunt the rest of the evening. While he was gone, I got all of my wrapping done. Monday, I plan to get flowers for my grandparents graves, do some cleaning, run by the church and get the Christmas Eve bulletins printed and cook a turkey breast I bought at Sam's today. Sides TBD. Sending extra Hugs and prayers to all of our group. Wishing all a good and peaceful night. Ann, got a feeling that button is going to get pressed by a lot of us the next few days...your pasta and meatballs is one of my fave meals, too Audrey, the fruit and coffee sounds perfect. Wish I could find some good fruit. Its very slim pickings around here. Bananas are about the only thing that tastes right. Bee, enjoy the festivities Becky, I hope you wont have to cancel your appt. How nice of your friend to give the WM cards

Not OP while daughter is here and more vegetarian than vegan. I am getting a BIG workout, though, as we tackle cleaning projects and decluttering in a HUGE way. Yesterday we took the back end of the car filled with bottles hubby had thought of building a glass house with...to recycle bins...BIG job. A few more tasks in the area of the bottles and the back patio will be reclaimed for...people. Not sure what will be up after that but probably not anything quite so dirty.
Today the plan is a bit of cleaning, some shopping for produce and then some baking. DD brought black walnuts and we will bake something with them and perhaps make some cookies for her to decorate using my cake decorating tips. We will see.
Only five more full days and the sixty we will be driving her to the airport early in the morning. The big plan to empty out the Beirut apartment did not happen due to the unrest and demonstrations...ah well...it could still happen...maybe.
No personals...not till the 28th or 29th. Reset button will be happening for sure then AND January 1st begins Veganuary for me (again)

Good morning, Ann - Audrey - Bee - Becky - LaDonna - Cathy - and AWF!
Prayers continue for all ailing and/or stressed posters and loved ones... and thank you for your prayers for me and my family... especially for the Mouseketeer... and for Son#1, who is some better but still <meh>...
πβοΈπβοΈπβοΈπβοΈπ
The temps today will break 50* - oh, MY! - and sunny, too. Yesterday I fell asleep in my recliner and woke up in a sunbeam (multitasking). I can try that again... π
I don't know about DivaTaxi. There is no MHMR or MH-ASR (MissMouse is off). I do have LA-F. We will stop at ShopRite to get bread and milk (yes, really!). And then it will be a day of CinderElla/Fella chores as I begin my end-of-year sorting out and planning.
UPDATE: DivaTaxi has done its morning run. We will be picking up the Zigster at 1 PM (half-day Wdge Twp) and delivering him to his loving brothers at home. And Son#1 has asked up to pick up 3 rolls of wrapping paper (he left $$ for it).
The lights on the tree are so beautiful while I sip my coffee... βββ...
πβοΈπβοΈπβοΈπβοΈπ Have a healthy-eating day, all! πβοΈπβοΈπβοΈπβοΈπ

Good morning all. Another good sleeping night. Woke up to overcast sky and 15 degrees. It's supposed to warm up. When that happens I will go out and take a walk. MJ hope DS continues to improve. I agree about sipping coffee with the tree lit...doesn't get much better than that Enjoy your coffee. Love your 50's weather. Cathy so happy that you are enjoying DD's visit. I bet it feels good to get rid of clutter. LOL to Veganuary! Again no worries about personals. LaDonna sounds like you had a busy day yesterday. Glad that your wrapping is all done. Love a turkey breast Becky hope you don't have to cancel your PT. If so, I hope you get one with the gal you like soon. Bee that's all we can do on this 'foodie week' LOL......I have reset button pushed and will try to get in more movement. I'm lacking in that department. Audrey enjoy your Christmas brunch. Good idea to not arrive hungry. Waving to all and will CBL.

Ann - Glad you got a good night of sleep Audrey - Enjoy brunch and the time with Nora. Bee - It is indeed a foodie week Becky - Hope you can fit both in today. Sounds like you had a good and productive day LaaDonna Bet it feels good to declutter Cathy. Enjoy the rest of her visit. Enjoy the coffee and tree MJ. LOL on the bread and milk I need to get 2 Christmas cards and pie crust. I'm making Pioneer Woman chicken pot pies for Jasmin/Sean as a host/ess gift. They both love it. It's going to be a tough day at work since we are closed T/W/Th and it's the last payroll of the year. But it will get done. I'm planned but need to get it tracked.

Been raining buckets here since Sunday morning. Going to make it hard to get to the cemetery but I sure need to get that done today. Just put my turkey breast in the over. DH just went and got fresh mustard greens to cook along with. I'm also going to do some brown rice, gravy, and maybe one more side. DD only works a half day today & DS coming over to eat a little later and just hang out. I need to call Sarah and plan a visit with Jayleigh to give her the Christmas present from our family. Hope all is well with our little awesome group Cathy, sounds so productive. I have bought new shelf liner to clean out and re-line all my kitchen cabinets. Not sure when but not until after Christmas. MJ, be careful taxiing and running errands. Ann, I hope we can both get a walk in today. 15 is cold. My walk will probably take place n the house. Susi, good luck with payroll. hope it goes smoothly...no hiccups June, good plans and cheers...gonna get a bottle of water right now:)

Popping in again. It's nice out there. In a bit, we will leave to take miss LuLa for a good walk. We dropped off goodies to a few in our retirement community. Love seeing their faces light up LOL June...when I worked I always wished everyone a happy Christmas Eve Eve That brought back a happy memory. Thank you for that. Great goals. I too have been slacking in the water works department and have my 24 oz. bottle here with me as I type. LaDonna so sorry for your rain. Sounds like you have a fun day planned...especially getting together with Jayleigh Will try to pop in later.....

Well I cooked and got the flowers to the cemetery. It is raining AND windy...nasty. Not much cleaning done but may try to do a little after I relax a bit.
Ann, So nice of you and Carl to spread joy to your neighbors. I talked to Jayleigh on the phone and she was off to an event with her family. I think I'll get to see her Christmas afternoon.
